      I have no idea what this company exists!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service! Our unit is out for the second time within a year! They will not replace it! They supposedly waiting on parts! What a joke! Whoever answers the phone hasn’t a clue what’s going on! They have been out of the office all week! Lol! Do not do business with this company!!!

      Mrs. Smith,

      We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and trouble your experience has caused you. If a unit is repairable we do everything we can to properly repair any issues, If is part that is specific to the unit needs replacing sometimes it takes more time than normal to receive a special request item that has to come directly from the manufacturer though one of our parts houses because unfortunately we do not manufacture any parts or equipment in our shop. Our service techs handle orders that they make so our office staff sometimes does not know exact times or dates on parts or equipment orders.

      Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and there is an on call tech after 5pm every weekday and through the weekend. Our office number is 806-383-1956 and there is someone who is always here during business hours.

      We would like more information from you so that we may have an opportunity to make things right, please call or email us.

      I bought a house with a home warranty. The A/C quit working on June 30. I called for several days to get Larry's to book an appointment which was scheduled a week later. The technician stated he fixed it and it would take a few days to cool. It never cooled. Temperatures were 105 degrees outside. I called Larry's back and the service center stated it would cost $130 a hour for a technician to come out again. She also stated that Larry's stopped replacing systems under warranty "yesterday". They never followed up. I would highly recommend looking for any other alternative company for your air conditioning requirements. This company is incompetent, incapable and unwilling to fulfill their required contractual obligations. I have small children in the home crowded around a window cooling unit. Taking my business elsewhere.

      Mrs. W****** firstly we want to apologize for the dissatisfying outcome of your appointment. We have tried several times to reach out to you this morning to try and remedy the situation.
      Our answering service is fairly new and have not been updated with any information or the process for our home warranty customers as we don't normally complete jobs for the home warranties over the weekend because we are not authorized to do so, however your work order would have been an exception do to it being a recall. Also yes ma'am we are starting the process of ending our contract with the home warranty company but as informed yesterday we are still willing to preform any repairs necessary to get you cooling, our reason for not being able to do any equipment installs is due to our install schedule being backed up and we certainly did not want you to have to wait until mid august for an install that First American can assist you with sooner.
      We would like the opportunity to rectify the situation and get you and your family some relief from this hot weather.
