Aquamarine pools are very professional and responsive. They communicated from start to finish and we have **************** and decking. They also adhered to a fast and timely schedule. We are so glad we chose Aquamarine. They also take care of you after the project is done. Couldnt be more pleased with a company. The best!

Excellent experience with Aquamarine Pools. They are family owned and operated, have a wealth of experience in pool construction, and were invested with us in getting a job well done. There was constant and consistent communication in the various phases of construction, and we felt confident that any of our questions or concerns would be addressed in a timely manner.

This company was the most professional company I have worked with in years. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, and at the price they said they would do it for. ***** and ******* are amazing, along with the installation and the cement crews. They showed up on time, worked hard in ******* degree heat, and got it done.Love this company, love my pool.

Aquamarine Pools completed the install and concrete pour on time without any issues. Every time I have needed anything, they reply quickly and get items resolved. We've enjoyed the pool this summer. I'm really happy with the investment and the customer service after the fact.Highly recommended from my experience.

We have not even had our pool completed and I am not a happy camper. They told us they would not relay sod etc. Ok, however the dump truck ran off the road in to a neighbor's yard, then the installers ran over and tore up my other neighbors sprinklers. I has asked that someone give me a call to schedule contractors at my home. NOT 1x did I get a heads up. It's not like they don't have my cell #, my work# & husbands # and it is posted on my front door! The concrete contractor actually came to my door and told the project manager that the # they have been calling was the not the one on the door. I notified them as soon as the issues with the neighbors occurred. Now the installer did go speak to the one neighbor that had a dump truck in the yard, but all they have done to fix it is put sand to fill in the ruts. To say I am frustrated is an understatement and I have to still get the electrical finished and the pool up and running . I am still having trouble with my pool. Theres water in the overflow pipe every day! They sent someone to put silicone on the skimmer, after taking water out of the pool and waiting 4 days, still water coming out from under the pool. My build started in April its now end of July and we have had to take more water out to see if the water would stop at any time,NOPE! Still pumping water out every day! Add the fact that my shimmer plug disk that connects to the hose to vacuum disappeared the day they were to do finial clean and pool school! *********** what a joke! If I could afford it I would take this POS out of my yard! I have wanted a pool my whole life. I am unsure if theres another fiberglass pool company in our area but run do not walk run to any other pool company!!!

They worked with us to reschedule installation when we had a financing delay. Installation was complete in only two weeks. All the workers were very professional. We especially appreciated the crew who did the dirt work. They went above and beyond and were extra kind!!

Aquapools has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. They promise you things...whether it is completing a service, being at your house a certain day, services scheduled to complete, refund checks to you within 30 days, products delivered and installed...and they do not deliver. To get this company to do ANYTHING, you have to continuously bug them. They are not a company of their word. I advise others to go with other companies if you want to be treated like a person and have great customer service.

They advertise a pool install on the average of one week at the most is what they pretty much sell you on. They are very willing to take you initial check and have fiberglass shell installed quickly. But don't plan on having the pool completed in a week like they advertise.. because there is a disconnect between the field teams and the project managers in the office. *Down payment on Mar 3, *Pool arrived Mar23 initial check given and pool was in the ground in three days. Everything looked good at this time except for piles of dirt left around pool. Dirt removal from around the pool was us calling several times to get it cleared, yes we wanted to keep the dirt but there was designated area for it that they had started using on the initial dig *2 weeks later still no concrete deck not even formed. We had to call several times to get them to schedule the concrete pour which always had some excuse. yes one was we wanted a second light but even with this the concrete was delayed on pour for some reason, if the pour would have happened on its schedule time the light would have never been installed. * Wrong chlorinated ordered and installed after paying for the salt system set back a week to get that straightened out, to have leaning done I understand paying for services rendered, but it took two weeks to just have the pool final clean done May 12, with them calling everyday asking for the last 5k and threating that we wouldn't have a warranty until paid in full.. how about fully finishing the job then get paid in full. I do not recommend this company to anyone go with gunite you will have it installed in the same time frame. Yes they resolved everything but, it was us calling them everyday or texting to remind them of what was till not done.
