5 starsI had chimney siding and roof repair completed by Phillips. My first time using Phillips although I have had estimates given by them prior to this project. I was pleasantly surprised and will reach out to them for future projects.

5 starsI used Phillips Home Improvements to repair hail damage to my roof, gutters and fence. They did a tremendous job on everything and it's so nice to have a one-stop shop for all repairs. They made it very easy and they did an excellent job of keeping my updated on all repairs and were great at giving me time frames and knowing what to expect throughout the process. Both **** and *** were great to work with and I would use Phillips Home Improvements in a heartbeat for any future repairs or home improvement work. 5 starsPhillips Home Improvement did an absolutely amazing job on my home. We had a lot of rotten wood on he *****, ***************** that they replaced. We also wanted the entire house painted and the brick done in a lyme wash. The visit for the bid was great. Every detail was covered. The crew showed up when they said they would and did a GREAT job. Totally transformed my house. The work was impeccable, done quickly and to perfection. After the job was complete, they came to walk through to see if there were any touchups that needed to be done. Nope. Everything was perfect. They cleaned up every day and left the yard clean. I would recommend Phillips to everyone who needs painting (inside and out). 5 starsPhillips Home Improvement, and Project Manager **** ****, did an excellent job on our extensive project. We did a new roof - removing and reinstalling our solar panels - upgraded our gutters and included additional roof upgrades. **** set clear expectations, handled our questions promptly, was an excellent communicator, and advised ** of options during the course of the project. **** experience was helpful time and again during the course of our project. 5 starsExcellent service! We went to Phillips for our roof replacement and hail damage repairs after having a very poor initial experience with a different "top rated" company. After a minor mix-up in starting dates, everything went smoothly and efficiently---even with weather issues in between various parts of the project. ******** (Project Consultant) and **** (Project Manager) were great to work with---knowledgeable and attentive, while always responding to questions/concerns immediately. There were absolutely no surprises---a rare situation these days when dealing with contractors and repairs. Additionally, the efforts by the workers were top-notch as well---excellent attention to detail; little extras that we didn't expect or ask for; and thorough clean-up when the jobs were done. We could not have asked for a better experience...and we will certainly be calling on Phillips again whenever we have need for the types of services that they provide.Phillips Home Improvements

5 starsPhillips came out Inspected the damage to my roof from hail. They worked with my insurance where they agreed to replace the roof, re-stained my fence, my pergola and replaced all of the screens around my house due to hail damage. Working with Phillips was outstanding especially working with ****************, and ****. They took care of all my issues and it was a pleasure working with them. 5 starsWe have worked with Philips Home Improvements twice now due to hail storms over the last decade. Each time we were very pleased with their service. I appreciated the consistent communication and updates as the projects moved forward. Most recently, ******** was our Project Consultant, and **** and ***** were the Project Managers. As questions occurred, each person was diligent in getting back with ** in a timely manner if they weren't available to answer immediately. We highly recommend Phillips Home Improvements! 5 starsBidding process was thorough. Right questions were asked and attention to details were observed. Work required replacing siding with *********** siding, painting and gutters. Details on the siding were exceptionally, painting was even and gutters look great. PHI point out how the previous gutters were installed incorrectly. Additional work was required (roofing), procedures and price were reviewed and the next day he was working. The ** and workers cleaned up each day. I will use PHI again!Phillips Home Improvements

5 starsPhillips Home Improvements did a professional job of replacing our full chimney siding, one wall of siding, many fascia boards and then completely painted all of the wooden surfaces of our two story home and installed a full set of gutters. Abiud/Project Manager (carpentry/painting) and Rey/PM (gutters) explained the complete project requirements and ensured all my questions were answered. Both PMs and their crews were outstanding. Our home now ************** again. We're very pleased we chose Phillips Home Improvements and would highly recommend them.Phillips Home Improvements
