On September 29,2021 I ordered an artificial rock to cover my lawn irrigation valves and backflow preventer from TG Waste Water Treatment Systems, LLC. I paid at total of $198.26 online with my credit card. My TG Waste Water Order # XXXXXXXXXX It has now been ******************************************************************************************************************** any correspondence from TG Waste Water. I called TG Waste Water on or about June 2022 asking what happened to my order. A service agent answered my call and said my artificial rock was still on backorder. He promised either a delivery of the artificial rock or a refund. I never received any correspondence since that phone call.On May 15, 2023 I sent a follow up email asking for immediate delivery of my artificial rock or a refund. TG Waste Water never responded to my email request and I have not received my artificial rock. On May 17, 2023 I called TG Waste Water and a voice message said they are unable to answer their phones due to high call volume and recommended me to send another email. At this point I would like a full refund of my $198.26. I have zero confidence TG Waste Water will ever deliver my artificial rock and likely will not refund my money Stay AWAY from this fraudulent company!!************

Order placed on 3/23. As of 5/4 there has been no tracking number provided. They have not responded to my many requests for an update. No refund has been issued despite requesting one multiple times. Stay away, this company is a scam.

I purchased an item and received a purchase confirmation and invoice number however I never received shipping details or a tracking number. If you call their number you'll find it's a recorded message that says you can only contact them via email. I've emailed multiple times and contact them through their contact page on the website. No response...I ended up submitting a fraudulent claim with the credit card company to dispute the charge due to not receiving the product. Looking at reviews of this company I should have not purchased from them in the first place. DO NOT buy from this company.

I was looking for some items for my septic this company web page was one of the first to always come up.Placed an order, still havent received any shipment confirmation. I tried calling, sent emails and still no response. Never again

Ordered parts and never received them. No return phone call and I email them 2 times a week and no response. They had no problem charging my credit card. Do not ever order from this company. It is a fake company. I have reported them to the ************************ This is not the first complaint they have received about this company. ************

Same situation as other customers. Ordered (6) riser lids, billed credit card immediatly.on 9/16/21.No lids, no return calls, no return emails. Now turned over to CC co. JayG

Order a riser on 9/3/21 call and was told Covid slowed shipments, 3 weeks later no Riser and no answers to my many phone calls..... Filed a dispute with my credit card and my credit card company refunded my money. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! THESES PEOPLE ARE THE WORST!!!!

Terrible ** the order is always on the next truck 28 days and still waiting .

Ordered septic riser Aug. 30th. It said shipped within 5-8 days. Check was cashed Sept. 1st. Received transaction receipt, but that is all. Now, Sept. 24th and still haven't received any info on if it was shipped. Sent emails and 4 phone calls only to be put on hold and then ask to leave a message. No return phone call. Upset they cashed my check, but can't get anyone to speak or email me back. What can I do about getting a refund?*************************
