T G Wastewater Systems, LLC willingly and purposefully charged my credit card for a product (fake rock) knowing they did not have it to ship. They will not respond to numerous emails and or messages left at their place of business. They have the same recorded message that customers that ordered fake rock would be shipped shortly, for over 30 days. On July 20th I placed an order for a product and my cc was immediately charged the full sale price of $149. I have yet to receive the item, I have been unable to get an email response and after several attempts my emails are now being flagged as undeliverable. The TGwastewater website has now been taken down and the phone number only plays a recording with no option for leaving a voicemail message.Initial Complaint

On May 23, 2023 I purchased parts to repair my aerobic system. I got a sales confirmation and my crest card was charged on the same day. Three weeks later and multiple phone calls and emails sent to them I can not seem to make contact with them and I still havent received my order. I have some ordered my parts through another source and have filed a dispute through my credit card company.Initial Complaint

This company had decent reviews .. at least on the surface. I realize now they were old reviews? We purchased a septic pump cover for $120 on June 3, 2023. We received an email with the order number *********. We received no further i formation as to ************ so I tried calling several times. I received an automated message with no way to leave a response. *** tried emailing several times and no response. Why are you letting this company operate in your state when your BBB shows other complaints and thats it a scam? What are you doing about it? Is there a class action lawsuit ? This septic cover was purchased for a house sale and now we may not be able to go forward since it had to be installed prior to close. I placed an order via their website.Your order #********* Placed on April 3, 2023 4:48:27 PM CDT SPI BIO PUMP CONTROL PANEL WITH TIMER - 50B223 SKU: SJETI Quantity of 2 for a total cost of $610.00 Item has never shipped and never been received.I emailed on May 6, 2023 asking for a refund due to never shipping and found it elsewhere as we needed to remedy the sewer issue. On May 7th, 2023, we placed an order with TGWastewater and were charged for a septic tank riser kit. Nothing was mentioned on their website about relocation issues or problems with fulfilling orders or we wouldn't have ordered from them. We have called their support number and listened to their recorded message, sent multiple emails to Sales <**********************************************************>, and finally making this contact through BBB.Why would a business continue taking orders if they were not able to fill those already placed?Thank you for your assistance.Initial Complaint

On May 8th we placed an order for some septic parts. Order totaling $116.50. Our bank account was charged on May 10th. No parts have been shipped. Ordered a control panel on 04/21/23 , paid with a credit card, got an email for the purchase of ****** Got a confirmation email that I would be emailed when my product was shipped along with a tracking number. Thats the last I would hear from these thieves. . A week went by an realized somethings up, so I started checking up an seen complaints on this website. *** tried calling but it says their phone lines are down. BS. They wont answer the email. But they can still take money. How come these people can still do this. I dont live too far away I cant wait to visit them. Just give me my money back , because Im not going to let this go. We placed an order with TG Waste Water on February 14/2023 for $884.85. To the moment we have not received the order, or any notification about the status of the order. I have called several time to their CS line and no body gets to the phone except for a record saying they are moving to a new location and will return calls as soon as they are able to. This has been the story for over 2 months. I require this company to return the money paid for this order # ********* . I want to place a complaint as well as it seems they are a scam. My company ordered a MEDO LA-100 PISTON AIR PUMP (SKU: Medo LA-100) from TG Wastewater Treatment Systems LLC on August 12, 2022 for $400 exactly. I received an invoice for that amount with the order number of *********. In that email I was told that when it was shipped I would get the tracking number. I never got a tracking number or another email or phone call, and whenever I would try and call them on their number it would go to customer service and stay that way until ***************************************************** and it automatically would hang me up. I have also emailed them about the matter and have never got a reply. If part cannot be shipped then I would like a refund.
