We started a contract in Jun 21 to build a new house. We were told it would be a year to build. It began with a relator who had a suspended license. When questioned in regards to this all they offered was to let their head relator take care of our process. From there the process was so slow. Anytime our relator would reach out about getting started, it was crickets. The house did not get started for 6 months. After the house was started we got sent the floor plan to sign off on. I immediately realized that it was wrong. When we questioned the floor plan we were told they would look into but that the windows had been ordered. Then of course our relator never heard back. My husband and I would go by the house frequently and on one of those trips they were beginning to cinderblock the house. I noticed the house matched the floor plan therefore I guess it was unable to be changed but of course no one ever communicated that. From there it again took weeks before we were able to make selections on our house and it fact our relator had to keep hounding them to do so. The house slowly crept along from there. We then get to closing which was supposed to be on 10 Jun 22. Three days before closing, after our relator tries to confirm the closing, they ask for a 45 day extension. We had already sold our house and had to move into a temporary house, my husband was injured during the move which required surgery. We had to live in this temporary house for 3 months. Not only did this extension cost us thousands of dollars but my husband needed surgery. This brought our family so much stress and frustration. My husband is a veteran and we were treated horribly during this whole process. They do not deserve anyone's business much less the business of any veteran.

My experience with REDA Homes was just horrible. We built our home almost 2 years ago and I'm still finding ways to still be disappointed. Horrible customer service and no intentions to please the customer. numerous delays, 3 months, I remember the agent that represented them tell me if I didn't like it too bad they'd find another buyer. I complained because I requested gas stove and fire place. To find out on the walk through they put in electric stove and propane fireplace. Their explanation was there was no gas in the subdivision.Liars!!! I just found out today almost 2 years later, All my neighbors have Gas cooking stoves. My home cost 459K and they were too cheap to get the gas company to run gas on our property. AMAZING!! Along with punch list items we ended up fixing ourselves. We still haven't been able to use the fire place because there was no connection for the propane company to connect to.

I went under contract with Reda Homes in Oct of 2020. The home was expected to be completed in June of 2021. I just closed on the home and it is November. Although a stressful process with delays across the industry, the Reda team did absolutely all they could do get the home done quickly yet with the high quality the Reda homes are known for. I will disclose that I am a Realtor and also a Veteran that has purchased a dozen homes. The professionalism of Kenneth and Amber W****** (Kenneth was the realtor, and Amber was the builder rep) is beyond reproach. They stuck with me through the process although there were times when I'm sure they both wanted to kill me. Parker, Brian and Chuck are an additional dream team that Rick R*** has working for him. The home quality, value, and pride that the Reda Home team has is unmatched in Clarksville which is why he is the biggest builder in town. Rick R*** has figured it out. I can't recommend them highly enough.
