After ten years, our outstanding Ashbusters chimney liner needed some "freshening up" maintenance. A friendly technician came out from Knoxville Ashbusters and took care of the job. When he was finished, his photos shows the liner looks like a new chimney inside. He was very courteous, professional and knowlegeable and cleaned up the jobsite. Just like the orignal crew from Murfreesboro, the Knoxville product and service were excellent. Thanks for a great job and thanks for standing by your guarantee.

I used Ashbusters once and the person who cleaned the chimney told me that I needed a new firebox and it would cost thousands of dollars. When I told him that I don't have that kind of money then he said that I can just replace the two panels which cost me fifteen hundred dollars. When they replaced the two panels, they said they don't seal the space where the two panels meet. I told them I don't feel safe with that space between the panels since ambers can get in between the space as well as high heat that can potentially cause damage to the firebox behind the panels. They came back another day to fill the space with mortar after I requested it. After my experience, I don't trust this company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I purchased an old log cabin c1800 with two original stone fireplaces. Over the decades had been filled in with concrete and bad wall heaters installed! I had no idea who to call, my best friend **** ***** suggested I call Ashbusters Chimney as she had a wood-burning fireplace she wanted turned into Gas and she had been happy with their Service! I’ve never been so impressed with a service company of this kind! I knew the cost would be substantial; however, I was Determined to bringing this log cabin back to its original former glory! Jason T***** used all kinds of different things to determine what was going on with my historic fireplaces!!! He was the best and was always available for me!!! As well as any employee when I called their main phone #! When I need something I simply do not give up and they certainly respond within 24 hours which I greatly appreciate!!! I also spoke with Anna several times concerning billing and any time there was an issue I got a complete explanation!!! I have two completely restored beautiful original stone fireplaces that are in perfect working order!!! I wish I could post pictures on here for all to see!!! I was so happy with their service I built a She Shed in the back of my cabin and Ashbusters put a cool propane fireplace in there for me. I was so impressed again, I offered to cut the wall out and they did not want me to do one thing, they wanted to do it all!!! I now have a beautiful OLD log cabin on 53 acres, with three breathtaking fireplaces!!! I love everyone at Ashbusters has done for me cannot imagine using any other company!!! I worked so closely with them, I keep them on speed dial!!! I spent close to $60,000 with Ashbusters and the other two bids I received were simply ridiculous… Are use my fireplace multiple times a week!!! They suggest fireplace need to be cleaned out two or three times within a season! They were right! I checked with the fire department and they told me that is absolutely correct!

These guys were awesome! I had a very shallow fireplace, and everyone I spoke to at other fireplace companies told me they didn't make log sets that would work. Ashbusters took the time to find the right log set and ensure my fireplace was safe and compliant. They went above and beyond for me at a very fair price.
