      #***** Product: Vintage Wax Canvass Backpack Ordered 11/21/2022 Cost: 87.78 I initially ordered this product on 11/21/22. I followed up with numerous e-mails to the Woosire Complany who responded with product is on it's way. On 12/15/22 I requested product be cancelled then refunded (and at leats twice after that time). I was told it could not because it was on its way. Then on 1/20/23 I was told warehouse has delays and product would start shipping out after January. Last time I checked the Woosir website tracking it stipulated product was delivered 1/16/23 but I never received my item. The company will not provide a refund and I have never received a product.

      On 12/6/22, I ordered a Woosir Minimalist Leather Backpack for Men. Order # 16364. I received the backpack via mail. On 12/17/22, I contacted [email protected] via email and instructed that I was not happy with the backpack I received. The backpack I received was very small, the quality of the leather was cheap, there was not lining in the backpack and it looked nothing like the advertised backpack on the website. I received a response telling me that I would be responsible for paying the fees to return the backpack and Woosir would not send me a return shipping label. As a consumer and customer, I don't feel I should pay for returning merchandise that I not of quality and falsely described.

      I have a faulty bag that I had just purchased from Woosir.com. the fabric is cheaper than advertised, and I'm pretty sure they sent me the wrong color bag since I initially settled on green but got a black bag instead. The zippers were made out of a cheap alloy that shattered immediately the bag itself is light and flimsy.       I can't scan a signature if that's what you want because I lack the resources. I did get my refund, but the company made me pay 54 dollars for shipping. Really since I paid 88 dollars even and had to pay 54.80 for shipping to get back my 88 dollars, I only got back a little over 34 dollars; in reality, it was still a loss for me as the consumer. I know you guys can't really do much of anything and that this is most likely not a human person I'm talking to, but man, do I feel cheated even with the "REFUND" I got. If you need me to, I can send photos of my mail orders. I still have the receipts and tracking numbers. Again I understand free returns is a courtesy most legitimate companies provide, but this is just ridiculous.
