      The job was "completed" 10/2/2020. I did not file a complaint because they kept stringing me along saying they would come 5 different times. They would set a date 2 months down the road & cancel the day of because their brakes went out, they broke down, too much rain, holiday weekend etc. We have tried to be civil and even offered to let them use 2 buckets of perma chink we bought but they still refuse to show up and fix the issues. Next in all caps on the contract they stated they would immediately clean up any water that came in during the pressure washing process but I came home to a soaking wet home. There was dirt puddles everywhere and water all over pictures and wall hangings. I brought up the damage and they could have cared less. Then the contract states they will fix leaks and holes. I have several places I can see straight outside, some the size of my hand. When it rains water still pours in, as seen in pictures and videos attached. Every leak I had before they came I still have and all the holes are still visual to the outside. They claimed they would fix areas that needed chinking but I still have several runs of concrete that were supposed to be replaced but they painted over it instead to make it look like they put chinking. Next it states they will seal the dove tails/ corners. As shown in a picture attached you can see the ends are still wide open , no chinking or caulking in any cracks. My goal was to make this family passed down home safe for me and my growing family, but instead we threw away what money we did have for nothing to be repaired or sealed tight for our family. I simply want my house to be lock tight and feel safe but my end result was my house is a different color now, but in no better shape than when they arrived. The contract states a 5 year warranty as well but they simply will not come back for warranty purposes or to just finish the job they were originally supposed to do. I wish they would fix it or give money back so we can.

They made it ******* us by just giving us only weekends to come back which we are closed on. Would not let us schedule a weekday to fix the issue. We did have issues with our vehicles twice. And where they live there was always a chance of rain and its hard to drive 4 hours 1 way to do 2 hours of work For a chance. Then we got covid and was shut down for 3 weeks. They knew all of this as i tell every homeowner everything all the time everythime. We haven't went out of state since the pandemic and dont plan on it at the moment. The work that needs to be done it has to be dry and good weather. We never try to screw anybody over. We got ove hundres of homeowners that will tell you we do everything right and try our best.I tried to schedule a maintenance wash and to fix it several times. But she wouldn't let us do the maintenance. The warranty covers the stain on the house. Which has been voided since we couldn't do the maintenance. I can go on and on about so much but what it truly bulls down to is they tried to dictate when we could do the work and thats not how it works. They know we are good people heck they left us there the whole week while they were not there. Nothing missing were not crooks. She can bad mouth us all se wants but thats not going to changed the fact that were a great business ran by good people. We have 1 unsatisfied customer and now they want to run us in the dirt so now whats done is done. If they would like to be civil we will but saying we left water inside and didnt care is bs,saying a hole the size of her hand is bs, saying a safe and sealed home for my family is bs nothing we do makes your home more or less unsafe, useing there chinking first we had no chink pumps to use to get it out of a bucket and next u dont chink paint around log ends, also they just had a roof put on and im not completely sure it was done right up against the dormers were the water is coming in. If you would like to call me to talk about this i will but im not talking to her no more she was hateful and difficult from the beginning we shouldnt of even done this job. Ill learn next time i reckon. I simply am fed up with waiting for your company to get back to finish the job after over a year of waiting whether it be a 4 hour drive for 2 hours worth of work or covid or whatever the excuse be. We have been civil for over a year now just waiting. If you can find the time to get the job done we are willing to work with you, which we have from day one however if it is easier just to give enough money back due to covid and you not wanting to travel out of state or so on I can work with that too we just want the job completed correctly. I know that you and your crew are good people I have never said other wise just not a fan of excuses and the delays. If you would like to see pictures of some of the gaps I have taken some just to assure you that they are there.
