  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. The cabins LOOKED nice online, but when you arrive, it’s a different story. Dirty is an understatement. The place was all-around horrible. I have been trying to contact them since July about our stay at one of their cabins and I JUST heard from one of the managers a few days ago, ONLY because I called them. Nobody, even the person who booked the cabin, has heard from them regarding our request. We tried contacting them on every outlet possible and we didn’t receive a response. They said that they offered us a refund and we accepted it to a third party outlet, which is a lie! Then, the manager was upset that we expressed our horrible experience because they didn’t have the decency to reach back out to us. They told us over the phone that they can’t issue a refund because everything was resolved. Lies! They will do anything to make themselves look good and will not take accountability. We had a list of things wrong and none of them were fixed except the temperature in the pool room, and it was still hot in there. If you had a nice time, consider yourself lucky because our experience was a NIGHTMARE. The managers here are unprofessional and rude. The one I spoke with even said the “man” who booked the room called her when we were leaving and said that we had no problems. 1) No one that stayed at that cabin would ever say that we had no problems, not even the children! 2) The person who booked the room is a woman and she didn’t even called, her niece did, so that goes to show what type of person she is. We called to inform them that we were leaving, which was in the requirements, but no one ever asked if we had a good time because the answer would’ve definitely been NO. The amount of excuses I heard while on the phone is ridiculous. They claimed our problems were fixed. They were NOT! I really wish Timber Tops or whoever is behind the deceit would be honest, sincere and not blame others for their poor service.

  We had a family reunion in one of your cabins For 31 people and paying $19k. The unlit was dirty, insufficient in silverware, only one of 4 microwaves worked.
  Worst though was a bed bug infestation. One of us was bitten many times, including on her face and had to miss a day of work due to a severe reaction to the bites. The infestation was confirmed “100%” by the exterminator called in to inspect.
  Do not rent from these people. They offered a very small discount to us for the so called inconvenience( lost work, worry about children bugs carried to Seattle in a computer case, cleaning and drying all clothes and items, allergic reactions). They do not care about customer safety, health or comfort.

  We entered the cabin on Birds Nest Way in TN, Saturday evening. The cabin was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom showers had mold around the floor and the grout was filthy. The kitchen floor was also dirty and didn't appear to have been mopped. The carpet in the living room didn't appear to have ever been vacuumed or cleaned. There were cobwebs throughout the cabin and many fixtures were missing light bulbs. Many of the TVs did not work. The comforters and blankets had stains and had not been washed. The entire cabin needed a thorough cleaning. The cleaning company needs to be monitored. The smoke detector beeped (needed a battery) the entire time of our stay. The rental includes a cleaning fee, therefore either the cleaning company or the owner must be held accountable to ensuring that the rental is cleaned and sanitized prior to guests arriving.

  they are professional scam artist that will call the law for no apparent reason.we have been loyal customers for years.watch out for these unprofessional fakes that bill ur account more than once

  Please beware of the policies of this company. My Dad had booked a cabin for him and his kids and grandkids. He is battling cancer and was hospitalized the week we were supposed to arrive. The company would not allow the family to come without him. We could provide any documentation needed from his drivers license to credit cards to hospital records to my ID matching his address and last name but nothing would be accepted by them, only us to repay the $5200 in our name. Not even him calling and putting it in our names was accepted. We could have been sneaky and done after hours check in (which they lied and said was not something they did, but clearly is stated on the site and my dad's contract) so we tried to be truthful and do it the moral way but is not entertained by these people. We didn't want to go without our dad but also didn't want him to lose $5200. So if you can't foresee emergency situations don't book with them because that is basically their policy. Its really sad that they make a fortune off of peoples misfortune and never bat an eye. And it is intentional because they purposely have it set up that way which should be illegal. They offer no other way to resolve situations so just proceed with caution. I only left a 1 star because it couldn't be none. I cant stand dirty people so I want to share maybe to help someone not get into the same situation and lose money because someone is sick etc.
