I have a credit card charge that I don't remember making! Unfortunately, I don't know if it's too late to do anything about it. I've tried to call and have left numerous msg's and emails to no avail.

Bad experience with this company. Although I was able to cancel without issue, I received false information repeatedly and was then ghosted by ********** when I attempted to call and email to ask for what was promised. He told me on a recorded line that they provide listing leads at 6% in addition to marketing work on social media. I did not receive any leads whatsoever and canceled. Disappointing experience.

This Company RE Marketing Corp. charge me, deducted in my Credirt Card not given them an Authority... this company will stab you at the Back....

I second ******** ******* ****, PCV, **************** and so on.Exact same experience, exact same responses (or lack thereof) ... no refund, no follow-through, zero customer service. Complete waste of time, patience, and money.AVOID

I signed up with RE Marketing based on information provided by rep ***************************** I signed up for a year and paid in full. In the first month there were several issues with changes made to my social media without my review or approval, which could result in fines base on the laws in my state governing advertising. The admin was NOT responsive to any and all requests. The account manager cancelled all but one weekly strategy call. After giving them ample time to make corrections, I asked to cancel my services and requested a refund for the balance. That was two months ago and I have yet to see any refund or communication from RE Marketing to make this right. I even had to hire another company to fix what was broken. I am just asking for a refund for services not provided.

This company is a predatory company. If you are not satisfied with their service be prepared to not get a refund. Communication and service is terrible. Stay clear from this company.

I signed with ***** Fl**** also a few months ago in May 2021. They needed Admin access to my ******** account for advertising purposes, however due to a ******** glitch, they were not able to get access to my ******** Admin account (even after several attempts). The last communication from ***** Fl**** was via email on June 3 2021. And it said they were still not able to access my ******** account. I went on to assume, that they tried to set my marketing up and they could not do it....Hence, nothing more to do.However; I checked my Credit Card earlier this month (because this is not a card I use regularly), and lo and behold, there were charges for $79,.99 US every month since May 2021, and no services were EVER given to **** called them last week for a refund, and to tell them to stop any future charges, so they gave me an email to their accounting department. I emailed their accounting department 6 days ago, and I still did not hear back from them. I called them back today, and they told me to email them again. And then for some reason, I was not able to hear the *********** on the call.I continued to call their phone number back until someone picked it up again. And finally, the woman that picked up the phone was ***** Fl***. I reminded her of the setup that she tried to do in May/June of this year, and that she was unsuccessful with her setup attempts. And I asked her for a refund. She had the nerve to tell me all Sales are Final, and that they do not do refunds. I pointed out to her....that her company NEVER gave me any services to begin with, because they could not set up account in the first place. She had nothing to say to that, and just directed me to email her accounting department. She also had the nerve to tell me that it was my responsibility to make sure they did not charge me, even though they never provided any services in the first place. I also told her, how her company could consciously charge my credit card every month, knowing full well that they were not providing me with any services. And of course the had nothing to say to that either.***** Fl*** was very good at talking a big game at the beginning to get my business, but once they had my credit card information, they did not care about care of duty, or integrity.I have since emailed her accounting department again today, and also called my ******************* for Fraud.Stay away from this woman and the company she represents.
