Purchased a pool from this organization in October of 2023, installation by a different company was completed by April 2024. There were multiple problems, leaks, and pump would not prime fully. Reached out to Pro-Pools for help, and they said to talk to my installation team. Installation team offered free labor to come out and help reseal the steps as they assumed that is the only place the leak could have existed. Spent 3 hours resealing the steps, no Pro-Pool's fault here at this point, but still the water level was going down too fast. Installation team asked me to call a local expert and again offered free labor. Local expert came and found that the valve on the front of the pump was leaking air causing us to not get full prime and found a leak in the liner. Pro-Pools response....not our problem. So after all of this, the equipment supplier Pro-Pools would not offer a bit of help, every conversation was them denying all responsibility, and my installer provided 6 man hours of free labor and was willing to do more to get us up and running. A leak in the liner could be the installation, or the original equipment, a poor sealing front valve on the pump is not likely going to be a installer issue, yet Pro-Pools offer absolutely no help and stopped responding to emails. Unprofessional. Truthfully, I am out about $2,300 extra in water delivered, rebuild kit for front valve, and patch kit. Installer the entire time called to make sure all is well, offered completely free labor and prioritization to get us up an running. Pro-Pools offered absolutely nothing and stopped responding. I will happily update this review should things change.
