    Prices are misleading and different than advertised. They charged us over $100+ than it should have been quoted online. It’s cheaper to park valet at BNA.

    I came there and had them park my car for 6 days. March 13 - 18, 2024. They never gave me a price or estimate or nothing. Only asked when I was coming back. The they said put your card in and your good to go. I got back as scheduled on the 18th. Then the next day I see they charged me 345.05 for six days ! I have been using these people for 15 years. I called and complained to Manager Chris and he basically said "Well we have the sign posted in the front of office for the daily rate". I said your guy never gave me an estimate or never disclosed any kind of charge. Once you put your card in they can charge you what ever they want. I never got a receipt and no verbal estimate was given to me. There's a reason they don't tell you what the estimated charge is going to be, their thieves ! Proper business people tell you at least what you might be charged as a common curtesy OR AT LEAST display it on the card reader before you insert your card. These folks are crooks disguised as a legit business. And they know that you are in a hurry to catch a flight so the essence of time is on there side to rip you off. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN nor anyone in my family or my employees. 15 YEARS OF being a loyal customer and I get... "Well the daily rate is posted on the board" from Chris. STAY AWAY flyers. Flyers beware ! And I also see why they are not accredited with BBB and have a 1 star review. I would give them a negative 1 if I had the opportunity !

    I parked my vehicle approximately 6:00 PM Nov 23 (Wednesday before Thanksgiving) and picked up approximately 9:00pm on Sunday Nov 27. At that after a delay my vehicle was brought up and I was told the vehicle had to be jump started 2-3 times and to not turn engine off . I noticed at this time the headlight selector switch was full on manual ( not auto ) As a consequence the battery was flat dischargee for days . Upon entering car there were many warning lights on . The battery was fully charged after driving 45/ minutes to my home and has remained so. On Monday Nov 28 my mechanic reset some of the lights but we noticed climate control fan not operating. Replaced blown fuse but then the fan motor was operating full speed and would not shut off. Took vehicle to dealer and was told transistor to climate control was blown.This was replaced for approximately $380 , only to find later that the AC does not operate. I have appointment to repair at additional expense .
    I talked to management at The Parking Spot and he arrogantly denied any responsibility. There is absolutely no doubt that my headlights were left on for
    4 days . In researching with several sources it is known that improperly jump starting modern vehicles with complex electronics can result in voltage surge that can damage electrical system ( blown fuses and control electronics).
    He manager had his insurance call me and denied claim bases on his statement. Immediately after the even ( same week ) I sent letter to management that he denied every received. In the letter I did not ask for compensation as I didn’t know the ultimate expense. In the letter I advised what happened so that. He may prevent same to other customers.The manner in which this was handled prompted me to file complaint. The managers flat denial that this could happen is unacceptable.
    Of course I will park elsewhere now .This can be a warning to other un suspecting customers . Electronic failures of this nature NO NOT occur spontaneously

    My name is****************. I made online reservation for this location on 8/9/22 beginning 8/10/22 - 8/13/22 and was charged $86.97. At the time of check-in, I inquired about a car wash and was quoted $30 less than what was charged on my credit card. My card was charged $76.42 for a freaken car wash. Aint now way i would have paid that much for a car wash when i know i can get it much cheaper on the outside $76.42 (who charges this much for a car wash). This is a freaken rip off!!!!!!! If I had known i was going to charged as much as it cost to park my car trust me I would have washed my own car.
