On Saturday 7/30 we had pre purchased a parking ticket online for the ************ parking for a show. It said it was good from the time we got there around 6ish until midnight. We had the barcode and everything and were able to get inside and park. The parking was $25. We get out of our show and have about an hour until midnight. We were maybe 15 yards from the exit. Cars were not moving at all. The driver in car in front of us kept falling asleep at the wheel and had to be woken up multiple times. By the time we get out of the garage it was 12:08. We are trying to find the pass we had pre bought and it was expired so we had to click lost ticket and pay an ADDITIONAL $40 so $65 total to park. There was no one there to help with tickets or move the traffic along or anything. Ive tried calling the phone numbers available so I could speak with someone during the operating hours and am left with please reach out by email. It says to leave a voicemail but that is full and then I get disconnected. I have sent emails and continued to call with no response. The ticket was on 7/30/23 the ticket ID is ************. I need someone to reach out to me and help resolve this matter please.Business response

My husband just showed me a collections statement that was addressed to him with a car that is registered to me. So, I have never received any information related to this and did not know to pay anything. There was also never a ticket left on my car. I am more than willing to pay a ticket if I owe one but do not feel that I should have to pay any fees incurred since then since the notices were not sent to me.Business response

You can pay the violation at violations.spplus.com and enter your vehicle plate information or violation number. As a courtesy Ive reduced the violation to $20. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. *******************Customer response

Received a violation for parking, ( SP Plus violation # ****************).The license plate number in the picture is not mine, nether is the car. I have try contacting ST Plus and their law firm ( ********** *********************** and ******* ) but have not been successful, The website is only to make payments and they don't answer phone calls.Business response

To whom it May concern,Unable to dispute parking violation on the *** website.Violation Number: **************** Issue Date: 01-20-**** SP+ Parking Location: #***** SP+ Parking Location Address: ********************************************************* Total Violation Amount: $94.99 On January 20, **** attended ********************* Game at ***************** (1 block away from parking lot) which we parked at approximately ****. Parking lot had a "Game Day Cash" only sign for $30. Paid parking attendant and went to the game. There were numerous other vehicles which paid the attendant cash and used the lot as well. After game, left lot approximately **** with no issues and unaware that we had violated anything. Received citation in the mail on Friday, February 9th, ****. Attempted to call company at ************ numerous times and tried various voicemail options. All recordings lead to cutoff of my phone call after 10 mins waiting. No other recourse available. I received a parking violation on 2/7/24.I have attended shows at ************ in *********, ** 3 times in the past. On 11/2/2023, 11/7/2023, and on 11/13/2023. In the past I carpooled with others, and we parked on the side of the road on AvidXChange Ln in a similar spot to where I was parked on 2/7/24. I do not believe paid parking was enforced at that time. However, for a show I attended on 2/7/24, I drove alone, parking on the side of the road on AvidXChange Ln. I arrived at 6pm, and I saw the new signs for parking. I attempted to scan the ** code on the sign, but nothing would pop up. It continued to tell me that the link was invalid and my safari web browser could not navigate to the site. I attempted this numerous times, at different sign posts, but to no avail. By this point, the line for the show was getting rather lengthy and I did not want to have to wait at the back of the line for the concert at ************. I asked the box office what I could do and they told me there was nothing they could do on my end if it wouldn't work, as payment was not accepted for parking at the box office. I would like to have this charge voided or lowered to the original parking price, as I was already planning on paying if the ** code link had worked properly.My violation number is ***************Business response

On Jan 9, ****, I went to the St. Louis ***** hockey game with my friend. We entered the lot in a long line of cars needing to park. Every car paid an attendant to enter the lot, as I did. I then get a "violation" with punitive fines for not paying? There is no way to enter on game night without paying. It could be a mistake, however, they invite me to dispute on the payment page, and there is no apparent place to dispute on the site.Business response

I received a collection notice on 8/1/2023 re: a "parking violation" from 5/19/2023 at the parking garage outside of **** in ********* **. I was not aware of this "violation" until the collection notice was received in the mail months later. I have attempted to contact the business to explain that we paid for the parking through text message (their system) and then the parking was validated through our visit at ****. I have been told that I have to provide proof, but since it was done through text (which had since been deleted) and the parking was validated, I have no proof as it would not have hit our bank statement. When I called the company they stated that they don't have any reference of us parking within any of their parking lots, although we have done so several times. I have called and sent multiple emails to ********************** but have not had a response. I do not feel that I should be held liable for a ticket that was never issued on my car or through mail from this company, and was just turned over to an outside collection agency many months after, not allowing me to refute the "violation" in a timely manner. I received a letter about a parking violation at *********** (violation number: ****************) well over a month after is happened. The violation was supposedly dated 11/10/23 but I didn't receive the violation notice until 12/21/23 and I have proof of this. The violation states that I overstayed by 6 minutes, but my wife and I stayed in our car for well over 20 minutes while at the parking lot. If this were metered parking and a cop was coming to give us a ticket, he/she would have seen that we were still in our vehicle and not issue a ticket. Because so much time has passed, there's no way for me to dispute the claim on SP+'s website,Business response

The parking lot uses license plate cameras at the entry and exit. We are not able to verify if you were sitting in your car for 20 minutes or not as we can only see when the vehicle enters and exits the lot.
