      I'm trying to reach someone about the payment of this study (******* project Friday Jan 22). I received a gift card for payment but it seems the date on the card was not the same as the date the card actually expired. The expiration date on the card is 1/2025 but apparently it expired last month because of when it was activated. There was no notice of this at all. There was $*** dollars on the card that expired because of this. The card company told me the funds were returned back to 20/20 research. I have made several calls, emails and left voicemails. I was promised a call back and some type of resolution. Two separate people from this company promised me they would look into and there has been no contact since. Attached is a picture of the card balance. You can see it was activated but never used.

      On Tuesday, August 24 and Wednesday, August 25 I participated in USQXXXXXXX Energy Issues study. According to the confirmation email from 2020 Research/*********** Group on August 17, 2021 I should have received $******gift card 7-10 after completing the study. I have not received compensation nor have I been able to get a reply to my enquiry through the "Contact Us" option on the company's website.

      I agreed to complete a health care study online for 20/20. I completed the study, instead of paying me the agreed ***, they ripped me off and only paid me ** dollars. Stay away, stick to ***

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/10/11) */ I checked with our online division and was told that this project consisted of 2 parts. A pre assignment where the incentive was set at $** and ********* @$***. An email was sent to the respondent on Sept 15 encouraging him to complete the ********* portion as he was behind. He acknowledged receipt of the email. ***** did fully complete the homework portion and was paid for this. He only completed 34% of his ********* commitment and therefore was not paid for this portion since he did not finish. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2021/10/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) After reviewing the email, I logged into the account. I saw no items pending or anything that needed to be completed. I view them as liars. For some reason they decided to not honor the agreed upon payment. If there was more to complete, then the sight should have been more user friendly Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2021/10/13) */ We are a reputable company that appreciates our respondents and pays them for the work that is completed. 31 other individuals completed this particular project fully and were paid in full. Unfortunately we can not provide payment when the project is not completed and Mr **** completed only 34%. As mentioned earlier an email was sent during the course of the project encouraging participation which was acknowledged as received by Mr ****. Thank you
