I paid for a $14,000 refrigerator in November, 2022. At that time I was told it would not be delivered until July, 2023 but I was told I had to pay in full anyway. Since that time the delivery date has been delayed twice and now is November, 2023. So the wait time remains unchanged at eight months. I was never advised the manufacturer has become unreliable and the delivery date might change. When I complained to the salesperson *****************, he was arrogant and unapologetic. This company has sat on my money and expects me to continue to do so for the unforeseeable future. I believe this company misrepresented the product and manufacturer and was interested only in collecting my money. The purchase was based on receiving the item in July not when they felt like it.Business response

The money paid by ******************* was totally refunded. He has agreed to wait for the refrigerator originally ordered. We hope to have the refrigerator (or another make/model) by July as requested.
