CONSUMER ALERT! Used this service twice and immediately cut my losses and cancelled the service; too many serious issues to outline in this review. The 5* reviews are VERY misleading!

We cannot verify who this client is. The only person in our files with a name that could possibly match is a client that never expressed any concerns with the cleaning provided by one of our most requested cleaners. This client was a problem for us in receipt of payment. We only use electronic payments as a by-product of Covid. Electronic payments eliminate the need for cleaners to pick up checks. This has been our policy for at least 3 years. We made an exception due to the age of the client, with the understanding that she would make timely payments. The client with a similar name took over a month after the service to pay for the cleaning. This client also refused to let our Operations Masnager pick up a check. This client also refused to respond to repeated phone calls regarding the lack of payment. We eventually received the payment. Our records have been noted to NEVER clean for this client again. If this is the same person, never was there a concern of the cleaning made to us or the cleaner provided to her. We have had a policy for nearly 40 years to respond to all cleaning concerns and to correct them within 24 hours. We have proven ourselves to provide quality cleaning as our other reviews reflect. We do believe, if this is the same person, that they are unfortunately a misguided client.
