My complaint is against Hampton Hotel *************** nashville tn 37203.im filing a compliat against the hotel for poor hospitaly they put me in a with faulty heat fridge wasn,t working the blinds was defected and the employer was rule i want my full refund thank youBusiness response

We do not have a record of guests stay, unless it was booked under 3rd party, or under different name. We take every responsibility to make it right with each guest. Thanks. I got a bank statement 255.00 withdrew from my account for nov 26-28-2021 from hampton hotel under curtis ********* and my sister ernestine ******** have a credit card statment and a hotel recipefor 200.00 plus for nov 29 2021 my conf#********* Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2022/01/18) */ Curtis********** has already been refunded in the amount of $204.76 on 12/8/21. In addition to refund that was already applied, we also did not charge Mr.********** overnight parking fee as gesture of goodwill. Not sure of the disconnect here. Thanks.
