Normally, I don’t give reviews, complete surveys or anything of the like; however, I feel my experience with Mid South Exteriors needs to be memorialized. When I started looking at replacing the 63 year old windows on my house, I lined up a number of companies to interview. After suffering through the list, I found myself looking at estimates well out of my price range and felt discouraged. My friend suggested I give Mid South Exteriors a call. He’d gotten a bid from them when he owned a house in Fairview. He wanted to go with Mid South Exteriors, but his now ex wife had other thoughts and went with her choice of vendor. What the ****… I gave them a call. Glenn K***** came out to provide the estimate, which was the first reasonable estimate I saw. After some thought, I engaged Mid South Exteriors to replace the windows. Once the windows were ready for install, a father/son team came out and spent the entire day taking out the old windows and installing the new. Contrary to the warnings from the other window companies, the windows fit perfectly, received adequate insulation and everything caulked to prevent water intrusion. When all was said and done, the experience was trouble-free. If this review helps others connect with Mid South Exteriors, I would be thrilled for them because I know they will be in good hands! Thank you to Heather, Glenn, Kathy, Mark and Bubba for taking good care of my home and ensuring it’ll be around for at least another 63 years!

I want to commend the workers of MidSouth for the work they did recently in our home. We had a sliding glass door we wanted replaced. Mark and his son "Bubba" showed up at the time scheduled and did a quick and beautiful job. They were very polite, cleaned up after themselves and caused no disturbance in what we were doing. We couldn't have asked for a nicer or more convenient repair. These men obviously were experienced and knowledgeable. That is exactly the kind of service we have gotten from MidSouth Exteriors for multiple projects-- and expect in the future! I'd give them a 5+ if I could!
