American Home Shield contracted with **************************** Plumbing to repair or replace a macerator pump and or toilet in the basement quarters of my residence. On 09/01/22 ***** scheduled an appt w/**************************** plumbing for 09/06/2022 bet 11:00 an 1:00 PM to repair my toilet. ***** the technician came totally unprepared: no shoes cover and flooded the bathroom, laundry room, and master bedroom (MNB) clothing closet. He borrowed my wet vac and failed to empty it out. ***** damaged the sheet Rock walls and did not repair them. After working only twenty minutes he left saying that he'll be back leaving the toilet unsecure; it would move just by a touch with a fing, the carpet in the MB floor soaked with water and both laundry room and bathroom floors wet. I went outside to inquire as to how soon he'd be back and he responded, tomorrow, he is going to another job in *********. I told ***** that that was unacceptable and that he needed to first finish the job in my residence before leaving for another but he just left. I immediately called ProNStall and spoke with ***** and she said that she'd look into the problem. The issue remains unresolved to this date. The business owner, **** does not even have the decency to return my call. I purchased sheetrock and repaired the damaged walls. The wall in the closet became molded causing damages to many articles of clothing. It befell me to handle the damaged clothes, carpet, and walls. **** needs to apologize the make retribution. I feel violated and discriminated against. Today is 14 October 2022.
