DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! we have been there 7 times!! 8 will be in 3 weeks. No dentures!! They coded the billing wrong. No anesthesia do to this. They "called in" Valum. THEY NEVER DID. 22 TEETH PULLED WITH NOTHING DUE TO BILLING ERRORS. Hid appointment was at 3:00pm. No receptionist. Checked in 20 min late. They had him back there till 5pm and did nothing. Come back at 7am!! They close at 5:30pm. Locked the door behind us. No med called in again, still did the procedure. After they pulled his teeth, they shoved his dentures in his bloody mouth. They didn't even fit! Came right back out. No after care instructions. I asked 3 times!!!!! They refused me and said he will get that information when he leaves. He walked out with 1 sheet of paper. Not even a container to put his dentures in. Just blood flowing out of his mouth, and dentures sliding out. Looked like someone stabbed him in his mouth!!! I called when we got home, we were told to bite down on gauze for 45min. That's it!!! Nothing further. No communication. We had to ****** and ask other ppl what to do. They called at 6pm to say we will call in some pain meds and an antibiotics. They called the wrong pharmacy!!! He is struggling but has an appointment in 2 weeks for a follow up. We go. Everyone was so apologetic!! We saw what happened, that was horrible. The impression lady was there and said, I see the problem already, these are not lined up, tops too big, they adjusted them, put a cushion in them. He could finally wear them, somewhat, but progress. He was told to come back the next day because there was a gap still they needed to fix. We go back the very next day and the surgeon lady is there. She took the denture padding out, made his healing gums worse, said the fixed ones were wrong, she grinded them down, SHOVED THEM BACK IN HIS MOUTH, and proceeded to do more work on the dentures. She said, "They are trash." Don't use them, come back in 3 weeks.Review from Ashley G

DO not go there, they are frauds, scammers, just want to take your miney. I have insurance and they told me I wouldnt be charged for x rays & was , I asked them 3 times to ensure I would not be charged because I had xrays done the prior year. They said I needed a deep cleaning and charged me 600+ up front without filing on my insurance, this place is a fraud! When you call the business office you get crickets

This location is a joke. They go thru employees faster than anything. They lack professionalism . I’ve never had such a bad experience in my 62 years. Received bad dentures. Was told I’d get used to them. Was told this over and over. I went in for an adjustment for my bottom dentures and left with someone else’s teeth. This location is one monkey short of a circus. Everyone is nice and qualified but they take on too many patients and also try to you to get things you do not want. For example, I wanted a tooth pulled they kept saying dentist wants it crowned. I started crying in chair finally was told it's ok to have it pulled if want. Been going a year still no partial plates that I can eat with that don't hurt mouth. Every fitting is twenty days in between. Do not go here. Sad. Expensive not cheap either.
