Oral surgery oct 4th...full upper teeth removal...while waiting me and my father heard two people say my dentures weren't there...some how ended up leaving with ones that were so big fell out of my mouth...after surgery was not even awake yet and was being put in a wheelchair still bleeding bad and heard someone say let's get her out of here...week later oct 11 went for follow up having problems redness swelling pus pain was told I was fine...not fine my mouth is infected...no one cared about my concerns and then the states when you leave...I want compensation money now I have to see another dentist and start over which I will have to pay for...and now they say I owe 866 when I was all paidBusiness response

I saw no response from them I do give permission to release my records...I went to the ER my mouth is infected...I was started on new antibiotic it is still getting worse I attached more pics my gums are like they eating away up to my nose. I want to know what happened that I was rushed out like I was I can not still put teeth in due to pain and they are to big. And I was not taken seriously by the Dr when expressing my concerns Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2021/10/22) */ Saw a new dentist...part of my front jaw bone was removed and I was not informed about it at my follow up visit...and definitely not from the surgeon as I didn't see him after due to being rushed out when I was not awake yet. I just paid $200 to the dentist as I used all my insurance at Aspen I want to be reimbursed for this plus the cost to have dentures made.Initial Complaint

On 11/17/2020, I went to Aspen Dental to consult with them on making dentures. I have two dental implants. After an exam, including full Xray, Aspen Dental told me they could make the dentures. I paid $916.50 from my flexible spending account, representing half my share of payment. On 12/29/2021, despite their claims on 11/17 that they could do this within "a couple of weeks," they were still looking for the housing for one implant, but after assuring me they would deliver the final product, I paid the remaining $916.50 from a personal card. On April 14 they told me they could not make the denture and could only refund me by crediting the cards I paid with. Because the initial $916.50 was paid from 2020 flex spending not available after April 30, 2021, I've lost that, as the refund wasn't made until MAY 14. They assured me MULTIPLE times they could deliver, or I would have cancelled in 2020. They enjoyed $1800+ for 5 months; I seek refund+interest=$1374.75.Business response
