My digital edition of the Daily News Journal was suspended in June 2021.I have bank statements that prove that I have paid for my subscription faithfully since Oct 2018.I have contacted both the local newspaper and the Gannett Co. by phone and mail and was unable to resolve the problem. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/07/21) */ Contact Name and Title: ************** Contact Phone: ************ Contact Email: ******************* We have tried reaching out to this customer twice to resolve the issue they're experiencing with online access to their digital subscription. We have left voicemail messages both times letting them know we wish to help them resolve this, but have not received a reply. Our office mainly handles print subscriptions and local newspaper delivery issues. We were able to look up their account however, but do not see anything that indicates it has been suspended. Usually, our digital subscribers contact our digital subscription customer service line at ************ for problems and/or issues with their account, as they are the ones who have access to these. In any case, we would like to resolve this case favorably for all, and hope to do so in a timely manner.
