In July 2023, I paid $10,000 “key money” to have the right to rent a lot for a tiny home in a community named “Buffalo Creek.” At that time, I was told the community would be ready in approximately 9 months. Nearly 2 years later, the property is not complete and is also not going to look the way it was originally planned and sold to me (treed and hilly lots spread out through this community which was part of a mountain). It is now completely flat and treeless except the outer perimeter. Currently the development of this property is under a stop order due to legal issues within the city/county. Only rare and vague updates are ever given on the development of this community to the 200 people who paid the key money.
I have requested a refund on 3 separate occasions. I know of several others who have requested and received refunds, but my most recent request(s) due primarily to financial hardship resulting from a medical emergency have been ignored by both office staff and the owner of the company.Business Response

*** ****** is requesting a full refund for
a Non-Refundable payment made to provide her with a lease agreement in the Tiny
Home community of Buffalo Creek, located at 953 Industrial Rd., Newport, TN., with
Incredible Properties, LLC. The property is still under construction but will
be available for residents to begin moving onto leased lots shortly. While
during the development of this property, we have suffered many setbacks, much
due to weather conditions (Supply issues, flooding in the area, and most recently
a Hurricane). We have also had to defend the development with the County of
Cocke as well as other similar issues. Much effort has been made to assure
residents that the development of this property for placing their Tiny Home is
indeed moving forward and is expected to be completed in the near future.
*** ***** had been in contact with
Incredible Properties, LLC, prior to the filing of this complaint, and it was agreed that a refund, while not
required, would be made, and that Incredible Properties, LLC would begin to
offer the lot she has agreed to lease to another customer and once this
customer has agreed and made arrangements for a Tiny Home and a lease, a refund
will be sent to her.
With the attempt to satisfy *** *****,
Incredible Properties, LLC will provide a full refund to *** ******* as
discussed and advised.

in the earlier provided agreement signed by Ms Stone, it clearly states that
this is a NON-REFUNDABLE agreement, therefore we are under no obligation to refund any funds paid. However, we have agreed to do so upon a NEW customer agreeing to both purchase a Tiny Home from Incredible Tiny Homes, and lease a lot in the Buffalo Creek community. I am rejecting this response because:It does not satisfy my request for a refund in any concrete timeline.
** ***** verbally stated he would provide refunds if requested (witnessed by several dozen people and even recorded by a few who were present at the Open House hosted by ITH in 2024). ITH HAS since given refunds to others.I have no doubt, that ** ***** could resell my spot immediately if Buffalo Creek opened. The fact that he will not provide a refund at this time indicates problems with finishing the development of this property- under development for two years and counting

The house I contracted to buy from Incredible Tiny Homes (ITH) was finished in April of 2023. It took 15 months (July 2024) for ITH to tell me it was ready to be picked up. For 12 of those 15 months I had a lot on which to place the tiny home. I never received any explanation for the delay although it did seem a little more that coincidental that the notification came shortly after I filed a complaint with the State of Tennessee AG's office. My lot lease ended in March 2024 so when ITH finally notified me in July 2024 I had no place to put the home. On August 9, 2024 ITH agreed to terminate my tiny home contract. The contract stipulated I would get my money returned to me when they sold the home. It has been almost 10 months and i have heard nothing from ITH. After the last 25 months I feel justified in asking for the return of my money now.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted Incredible Tiny Homes twice in the last six days to arrange a time and place to pick up the tiny home and have been ignored both times. I have been jerked around by ITH for the last 27 months and the lack of contact now is just a continuation of the extremely poor customer service provided by this company. At this point, until I get confirmation on when and where to pick up the tiny house AND the title for the tiny house in hand, I considered the money I paid to be stolen and would like law enforcement to get involved.

In Oct 2022, I made a purchase with Incredible Tiny Homes in TN, an 8'x20' Incredibox for $29,500, with upgrades of $1,300, a $10,000 deposit for a lot to lease, and $1,500 for delivery, setup, and stairs on the lot. In June of 2023, I personally flew out to TN, so that everything would be set in place when I arrived with the uhaul. After the fact, I was informed the setup & delivery was included in the $10,000. I have always lived in CA, and thought a tiny home would be an affordable alternative for me. Instead, caused me more hardship I could ever have imagined. Exhausting the generosity of friends and family, the constant delays, was physically and mentally taking its toll on my health. I was excited about the change but the last year or so has been a struggle. I am fully aware of delays due to weather, approvals and supply issues. I've been patient with all of that, but I too have needs. In Oct. 2024 I spoke on the phone with an office personnel, stating the urgency for some sort of resolution, towards a refund. I told her I would be open to payment options, for a smooth transition considering both parties. That the construction of the build and the lot were still on a wait list, with a projected completion date of July 2025. She said someone would be in touch with me. That was Oct. 2024, it never happened. Jan. 03 2025 I sent ITH a certified letter, still no contact whatsoever. The letter stated I wanted a refund. That they had over $42,000, equivalent to an interest free loan. I've not had a place of my own, nor the luxury of my money, and the difference it would have made for me at 72 yrs. old, living on SS.
I watched Utube videos of Incredible Tiny Homes. I thought ***** was down to earth, and prioritized the need of housing for common-folks, unlike most conventional businesses. Desperately in need of affordable living, April of 2022 I tried to get in The Grove, but never got a call back or email. I purchased an 8x20 Incredibox w upgrades in Oct 2022. Two weeks later the same purchase I made was reduced $7,500. Black Friday Sale. I was shocked and wanted to speak to ***** personally. I went to Scottsdale AZ, the Tiny Homes Convention but wasn't able to speak w him. I called him on his cell a few times and always had friendly conversations. In June 2023, from CA, I went to meet him. He was very accommodating w some changes and upgrades. I left feeling I was given the Midas touch. Over the months I talked w *****, always friendly. As they took on more projects, I could feel a real shift. At times the office lacked professionalism. Estimated dates on completion in Buf Crk wavered from Oct to Jan-June 2024, and July 2025. Thus making a very unstable situation for me. Living on generosity of friends and family became too stressful and totally irresponsible on my part. I had to make other arrangements and settle. This is a short version of the stress, inconvenience, and unknowing of life back to normal, at 72 yrs. Oct 15 2024 I spoke w a female employee stating most of what is said here, and that I wanted a refund. There was no completion of the incredibox, nor a lot in Buffalo Creek. She said someone would be in touch with me, that never happened. I mentioned I'd be open to pmt. arrangements a fair transaction for ITH. In Jan 2025 I sent a certified letter and that too was ignored. Living on a roller-coaster ride is no longer an option. ITH has had $42,300 of my (didn't-come-easy) $ in excess of 30 months...equivalent to an interest-free loan. In both of our best interest pls promptly refund. Thank you for your attention and consideration with this complaint.

They tiny home in
question is currently under construction and is anticipated to be complete in
approximately 6 weeks, at which time Ms. Leven’s may at her option arrange for
pick up of the Tiny Home and locate it to a destination of her choosing, or leaving
the completed home on the property of Incredible Tiny Homes, Inc, pending the
completion of the community known as Buffalo Creek. It should also be noted
that Ms. ****** notified Incredible Tiny Homes, Inc that since there were
delays in the completion of the community know as Buffalo Creek, to delay the
build / completion of her Tiny Home.
“******** (*******)

10/30/2023 11:52 AM Clients *****,
No point building an incredibox with no place to go.”
The development of the
Property known as Buffalo Creek has experienced many delays all due to
conditions out of the control of Incredible Properties, LLC or Incredible Tiny
Homes, Inc. Suffering from historic and one of a kind Hurricane, extreme
weather conditions, including 100 year flood conditions, Illegal delays brought
on by the Local Government (all of which have either been settled, or are in
the process of settling), the inability of Local utilities’ providing timely
installation of electric, sewage etc. and even material shortages from
suppliers. While we have made every attempt to overcome these adversities, they
have indeed delayed the completion of the Property known as Buffalo Creek.
It should again be
understood that at no time did Incredible Properties, LLC of Incredible Tiny
Homes, Inc provide or indicate to Ms ****** a completion date for either the
Tiny Home or leased lot. As well, Ms ****** requested changes to the original
build, either adding to or the removal of items in the original agreement to
build. These actions can and did affect the ability to proceed. It should be
understood that moneys provided by Ms ******, as well as other customers, are
used to begin the procurement of the materials and development of both the tiny
home, and in this case the development of the Leased lot in the community know
as Buffalo Creek. This money is not just sitting in an account or even being
used other than in the production and development as agreed with agreements
made with Ms ******.
It will be reviewed
should the Tiny Home as listed be completed prior to the availability of the
lease lot in Buffalo Creek, consideration maybe given to provide Ms. Leven’s
with a temporary lot in another community under the control of Incredible
Properties, LLC, however no guarantee can be given. And any expense, such as
but not limited to, electric, water, cable shall be the responsibility of Ms.

Incredible Tiny Homes' Bait-and-Switch scheme -- RV tankless propane water heater substituted for pictured household-type tankless propane water heater without notification or my consent - **** ****
On 1/3/2024, I paid Incredible Tiny Homes (ITH) $46,575 to purchase a tiny home with "Amenities" listed, pictured, and priced on their website. ITH has since deleted all pictures. Despite this, I am providing three pictures of the type of tankless hot water heater (tankless HWH) I chose that was formerly pictured, priced at $1800. These pictures are from ITH YouTube videos where they advertised the tankless HWHs they've routinely installed.
When my tiny house was delivered more than a year later, its tankless HWH looked nothing like what I chose from the Amenities list. It was a small white box, roughly held with lots of glue, with protruding pex pipes and valves--pictures provided. The manual--which I had to request-- said " For Recreational Vehicle (RV) Installation only! ...RVs are... designed as temporary living quarters for recreation, camping, or travel use." It also leaked antifreeze from a valve for 2 weeks until an ITH technician came to fix it on 2/5/2025. He said the joints had been improperly sealed with teflon tape and explained details of the unit. This convinced me that this was not the tankless HWH I had purchased based on a picture in the ITH Amenities list.
I complained of this to ITH on 2/12/2025 and they refused to replace the tankless HWH with one like I'd seen pictured on 1/3/2024, which I learned was a household tankless HWH whereas they had installed an RV tankless HWH. Contrary to the RV tankless HWH manual, ITH claims the RV tankless HWH is suitable for residential use and also they are not obligated to match their installed products to their marketing materials.
I want ITH to replace the RV tankless HWH they installed with a household-type tankless HWH like they advertised. Alternatively, they can refund to me the $1200 price I paid.Business Response

Complaint:
Customer states that the On-Demand Water Heater installed in her 8’ x 24’ RJO
Tiny Home purchased under build contract # 24-01-126-LVSIB24-EC is not the item
she purchased.
As in any standard manufacturing process the materials, items etc. used to produce the finished product can and are modified due to availability, quality or any other purpose deemed appropriate by the builder / manufacturer.
Incredible Tiny Homes does not indicate or advertise any specific brand, style or model of On-Demand or Tank-less water heater to be installed in any Tiny Home offered.
As per the contract to build, a 90-day warranty is offered for workmanship, and in this case upon notification Incredible Tiny Homes dispatched a certified repair person, and the issue was repaired to the satisfaction of the buyer.
Any warranty for items NOT manufactured by Incredible Tiny Homes, would be offered and therefore repaired by the manufacture of product.
The request for a full refund for the item purchased as an add-on feature, will not be considered. Incredible Tiny Homes uses the highest available products and materials in the production of our Tiny Homes and have found that the model used in the build of the home built for **** **** meets and or exceeds our expectations. We have indeed met the warranty as outlined in the contract to build.
Ms. **** states that the unit used is/was designed for RV use, Tiny Homes are in the class of RV or ADU type housing and are NOT considered “Built on Site” or otherwise permanent dwellings. The certification that is provided with the Tiny Homes built and sold by Incredible Tiny Homes or other Tiny Home builders all fall into this category. The unit installed is indeed designed for the use in a Tiny Home and based on the size of the Tiny Home.
Every effort has been
made and in fact any necessary repairs needed to assure the owner that the Tank-less
water heater installed in the Tiny Home they purchased has and does meet the
needs and exceptions for normal and reasonable use, has been met. The complaint,
does not indicate that any further issues as to
the function of the unit exists, simply that the brand name may be different
from what she may have seen, and since nowhere in our agreement is there a brand
or even a specific model indicated, we have met the agreement, we, Incredible
Tiny Homes consider this case closed and satisfactory.Customer Answer

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22935667, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Incredible Tiny Homes (ITH) contacted me to explain that the installed unit was chosen to accommodate the small, under-counter space allowed in my build for a water heater, not because it was cheaper or in any way inferior. I admitted that I had had time during construction to question the choice of water heater on Co-Construct and should have expressed any objections at that time. Also, I hired someone to verify that the unit in fact worked and was reassured to see that it did. ITH offered to extend the warranty for the unit to six months and also to assist me in obtaining some ITH tiny house structural plans that would help me reassure local Florida building officials in the county where I plan to move the house. Based on my better understanding of the issues surrounding the choice of this RV water heater, I consider the accommodations offered by ITH to be satisfactory and this case closed.

During the months of June/July Incredible Tiny Homes (ITH) heavily marketed a new tiny home development on the abandoned Mt.Airy golf course in Dunlap, TN. The development was to use the existing infrastructure of golf cart paths, water and electricity that currently runs throughout the property. In their YouTube promotional videos, ITH owner ***** ***** stated that minimal site preparation would be required and gave an estimate of three months before houses could be placed at the site. However, because of the need for site preparation, money was required up front for the purchase of the house which in turn would be used to develop the property. Since ITH does not own the property a certain threshold of buyers were need to make the project viable and refunds were promised if that threshold was not met. On 9/27/24 I received a call and voicemail from ITH stating that they did NOT have enough interested parties and that the project was cancelled. I immediately requested a refund verbally and via email. My emails went unanswered for weeks until on 10/24/24 I informed them that I had filed a complaint with the Tennessee Attorney General. Suddenly a response. Now ITH is pretending that the Dunlap project is potentially returning under some sort of new terms and conditions. I believe that this is merely a delay tactic and that my money has been used to fund other unfinished projects, staff salary etc. If the Dunlap project was truly a financially separate project, the funds provided would have been held in escrow and refunds would be a non-issue. My only request is that I be refunded the money that I am owed as was promised in promotional videos several times by ***** *****.Business Response

On September 14, 2023 I wired a payment of "key money" to Mr ***** ***** *f Incredible Tiny Homes (ITH). This amount was to secure a lot in Buffalo Creek. The contract I signed on that date states: "Once all lots in Buffalo Creek have been secured, you will then be sent a lease agreement." To date, I have received no lease agreement. The key money remitted on September 14, 2023 was not a gift to ITH. It created a contract under which Mr ***** was to provide a lot in Buffalo Creek. Mr ***** has failed to meet his contractual obligations. Because Mr ***** has failed to honor his obligations under the contract, and I have no lot on Buffalo Creek, I must cancel my plans to move to Tennessee. As to the complaint filed by Mr. ******* ******* ********, as he has stated once ALL lots have been leased in the Community known as Buffalo Creek, a lease agreement will be issued. Since we are still offering lots in this Tiny Home community, we would/could not issue a lease agreement. But we can assure Mr. ******** that once ALL lots, as outlined in the attached agreement, have been leased we will then begin to actual issue lease agreements. This is also dependent on the purchase of a Tiny Home, his lot in the Buffalo Community.
I have attached a copy of his agreement that he signed at the time this deposit was made, you will see it clearly States that it is a NON-REFUNDABLE agreement. While we, Incredible Tiny Homes / Incredible Properties, do not wish to hold Mr ******** to this agreement, we will be offering him a refund in the near future.
It should also be noted that Mr. ******** also filed a similar complaint with the State of TN. of which we have responded to as well.

Creek, a lease agreement will be issued. Since we are still offering
lots in this Tiny Home community, we would/could not issue a lease
agreement. But we can assure Mr. ******** that once ALL lots, as
outlined in the attached agreement, have been leased we will then begin
to actual issue lease agreements. This is also dependent on the purchase
of a Tiny Home, his lot in the Buffalo Community.
I have attached
a copy of his agreement that he signed at the time this deposit was
made, you will see it clearly States that it is a NON-REFUNDABLE
agreement. While we, Incredible Tiny Homes / Incredible Properties, do
not wish to hold Mr ******** to this agreement, we will be offering him a
refund in the near future.
It should also be noted that Mr.
******** also filed a similar complaint with the State of TN. of which
we have responded to as well.Further more this complaint was closed by the BBB on 09/26/2024

3 yrs ago, I purchased a "tiny home" from this company. At the time I paid them for the house ($72,000) I was led to understand that my money was being used to purchase materials for my home, and an architect would contact me "soon" to design the house. Never heard anything for 2 years, tho I called, emailed and sent letters. 1 year ago, they finally built my house. I had learned by then that they used MY $75k to BUILD OTHER PEOPES' HOUSES and to develop tiny home communities. They didn't start to build my house until I threatened legal action. I BELIEVE THIS BUSINESS IS OPERATING A SOPHISTICATED PONZI SCHEME, selling homes and lots, then using that money to build other people's houses, and develop OTHER communities, not the one I had bought into. I movedmy house off ITH property.
At the same time I paid cash upfront for my house, I paid them another $15,000 for what they called "key money" for rights to lease a specific lot in one of their developments- The Mountain. The contract stated I had rights to my lot, and if in the future I decided to move or I wasn't interested anymore, it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to find someone to take over my lot, and to collect the $15,000 "key money" from whomever I sold my interest to.
I've asked them dozens of times to help me market my house and lot on their YouTube channel, like they've done for DOZENS of other customers, and I was willing to pay whatever their usual commission was for the sale. I was either ignored or told they "don't help people sell their houses / lots", and 2 days later I watched another video of them doing just that for someone else.
Now all I want is to get my $ back for the lot - THEY'VE GIVEN OTHERS REFUNDS, but again they've ignored me.
Last Saturday I learned they were having an "Open House" at the still unfinished Mountain, so I posted signs on county rights of way to find a buyer for my lot rights.
But they immediately removed my signs and have blocked my efforts to find a buyer.Business Response

Response to Complaint # 22148967
From: *** *****
On or about July 2021 *** ***** entered into an
agreement to have a tiny home built by Incredible Tiny Homes* *** ********** **** ******** ** *****. At the same time,
Ms. ***** entered into an agreement to lease a lot in the Tiny Home Community referred
to as “The Mountain”, under development by Incredible Properties, LLC* *** ********** **** ******** ** *****
As this complaint does not involve the Construction or
completion of the Tiny Home purchased, it is important to understand that the
tiny home was built and completed and in fact Ms. ***** took possession and
actually lived in the tiny home, on property developed by Incredible
Properties, LLC.
As for the development of the property referred to as “The
Mountain”, property development has many working facets in the process, most of
which are out of the control of the Developer, in this case, Incredible Properties,
LLC. While the developer can and did proceed to complete, prepare, and make
available to the public utilities the means to complete, the water, sewer, and
electric, these areas are not under the control of Incredible Properties, LLC,
and the delays, in these services being installed were indeed due to the
increase of development on Cooke County, TN and the ability of the providers to
complete their part of the development.
While being under no obligation to provide Ms. ***** with
a lot or a suitable site to place and subsequently live in her Tiny Home, an
agreement between Mr. ***** Jones, owner and developer, and Ms. ***** to
provide her with a temporary lot, with full utilities to place her tiny home on
and live until the completion of the property referred to as “The Mountain” was
complete, and her tiny home could be place on it. Ms. ***** agreed to this
agreement and agreed to pay a monthly rental fee of $400.00 which would
include, water, sewer, and electricity for the term. Her home was placed on the
temporary lot, and Ms. ***** moved into her Tiny Home.
A relative point, at the time Ms. ***** purchased her
Tiny Home, and agreed to rent a lot for her Tiny Home on “The Mountain” she
freely signed a lease agreement. In the lease agreement, it clearly states that
the $15,000.00 she was paying was for the lot and in advance of its completion.
It further states that she agreed that these funds were NON-REFUNDABLE. It further
states and Ms. ***** signed and agreed that in the event she wishes to leave
the lot on “The Mountain” it is her responsibility to secure a new lessee, to
recoup the secured lot payment of $15,000.00. This agreement has been attached to this response and should be considered
a part of it.
During the time Ms. ***** lived in her Tiny Home on
the temporary lot, she requested and was provided additional work/add-ons to
her Tiny Home amounting to a total amount of $2,200.00, the following is a copy
of an email sent to Incredible Tiny Homes, Inc from Ms. ***** on Nov. 23rd,
2023
*** **** *** *** **** ** ******* *** ***** *********************** ******
Hi, ***** -
I forgot the most
important "extra" I owe ITH for! I'm so sorry! In the
summer* ****** ****** *** *** ******* my house for me. I didn't have
enough $ to pay them all at once, and ***** fronted the balance to me so ****** and *** could get paid. I believe it was $1,900 or $2,000. Anyway,,
please add that to my account - what I owe ITH.
Thanks!
***”
As you can see, she is
more than willing and admits to owing for these additions/add-on work that was performed.
Further, starting in November
2023, Ms. ***** began falling behind in monthly lot rent payments and eventually
failed to make any payments for lot rent at all. This continued through May
2024, at which time she had her Tiny Home removed from the Lease lot. It is
important to note that she did not notify Incredible Properties, LLC or Incredible
Tiny Homes, Inc. of her intention to vacate the property but rather did so somewhat
mysteriously.
While Incredible
Properties, LLC would have been well within our legal right to evict Ms. *****,
we felt it in the best interest of both Ms. ***** and Incredible Properties,
LLC to work with Ms. ***** and allow her to continue to live on the temporary
rental lot. With her abrupt departure, we now have no choice but to attempt to
recoup all past-due rent for the Temporary lot. This amount is standing at
$1,575.00, As per the attached lot rental ledger.
This would bring the
amount due from Ms. ***** for work performed and past rent to a total of
$3,775.00.
We have attempted to
come to an agreement with Ms. ***** which would include refunding the
$15,000.00 non-refundable secure lot agreement, less the amount due of
$3,775.00. This would provide Ms. *****, with a total refund of $11,225.00. All
of which by the contract we, (Incredible Properties, LLC) are not required to
do.
This offer has been
presented to Ms. ***** on numerous occasions. All of which Ms. ***** has
refused and is demanding a full refund of the $15,000.00.
Ms. ***** has referred
to filing an act of Bankruptcy, which she claims to include Incredible Tiny
Homes, Inc. As of this date, neither Incredible Tiny Homes, Inc. nor Incredible
Properties, LLC has received or been served with a notice of bankruptcy.
We believe that
Incredible Properties, LLC has been and continues to be more than fair in offering
MS. ***** this solution, even though legally we are not obligated to do so. And
since she continues to refuse, we have no choice but to withhold any refund or
settlement to Ms. ***** until she formally agrees.Customer Answer

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22148967, and find that this resolution is - while not entirely satisfactory to me - the best I can hope for from this forum, and I accept under duress, while retaining my rights to pursue ITH in other forums for the balance due me.I also ONLY accept this concession because I require ITH to provide the funds to me NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 14, 2024. If I do not receive the funds by that date, any funds owed to me by ITH will be included in my bankruptcy filing, set to be filed by my attorney on Sept. 16, 2024.
Sincerely,

9/8/23 after paying 10,000 “key money “ to secure lot, I paid 79,450 to Randy jones to build a home for me, they gladly took my money but would have nothing to do with me after that, I called more than 20 tines texted 15 times and I got not one MESSAGE RETURNED, they never started my home which the salesperson told me would be ready in FIVE MONTHS. I have no lot number or address, no communication and if not resolved I have no choice but to charge them for loss of use, storage costs, and a host of other fees I AM NOT SUEING THEM AT THIS TIME, ONLY SENT DEMAND LETTER.Business Response

I purchased a home and additional upgrades. The home was advertised as a special via YouTube (March Madness). 24 homes were to be produced by Incredible Tiny Homes. In the video Randy Jones, the owner, said that the homes would be produced by July 4th, 2024. I paid in full as the purchase was in April of 2024 and within 90 days of the expected home completion. I have since found out that the special actually sold "65" homes not 24. There is dishonesty in telling me I was one of 24 when in actual fact I was #57 of #65.
The company is now significantly behind the scheduled delivery date. I have asked for a refund and was told I could not have one. They have fired/layed of approximately 80% of their staff and I now believe that I will not get my home in the timeline expressed in the video for the special or not get my home at all if the company goes under as is being reported on social media as well as in the newspaper.Customer Answer

I have heard from Incredible Tiny Homes. They are addressing my concerns about the build of my tiny house and are adjusting the timeline for the build by slotting me into a spot that a person has vacated as they are unable to take possession of their home in the near future. I am happy with the response and service provided by ITH. I don't know if I can remove my complaint or if I can just have you process that it has been resolved to my satisfaction. I don't know if I can rate the quality of interaction or service. It has been exceptional and I am pleased with my purchase and the company response to my concerns about the build of my home. Please let ITH know that I have sent this message and fully support their business.
Sincerely
