I have been waiting for a rollator for my 84 year old mother since September. I HAND DELIVERED the order to the Dolly Parton Pkwy office in September the day her DR ordered it. In NOVEMBER I had pneumonia so I had my daughter call and leave a voicemail for a status update. It's now February and no rollator. My mother who is 84 has now suffered two bad falls that hopefully the rollator could have helped. ANNABEL SHELTON. SEVIERVILLE TENNESSE. DR COLLINS PRESECRIBED IN SEPTEMBER 2023? Are you guys into helping others or receiving a paycheck? Decide who you are b/c in TN you are going to be nobody if you keep treating our geriatrics like this. TRUST ME.Review from Virginia W

My husband just got out of the hospital, was sent home with oxygen, they brought him 4 tanks, he ran out on Friday and we were told they would deliver some today when it was not delivered I called to find out why it had not been delivered, they said that the delivery schedule for our area was Wednesday, but when I Said we were told they would deliver it today I was told he could use his concentrator, but we can't get to it, when we moved, we put it in storage and when I asked about getting another one, I was told they couldn't do that, so now we have a person that could die with out their oxygen, but they won't bring any at all now because they said they can't deliver tanks if he doesn't have a concentrator which is a big Crock of crap if you ask me
