After countless attempts of contacting this establishment about a ****** for a car that I have purchased from them they have taken no action to give me the ******. The owner has told me repeatedly that he was sending it, however with no evidence to show almost a full year later. My bank has advised legal action and contacting of the BBB for Wolfchase Auto Sales running a fraudulent dealership.Customer response

No, I have not received the title in the mail yet. Every time I have gotten in touch with Wolfchase auto sales the owner tells me he will contact the auction company, this has been 4 separate occurrences where he has claimed to have mailed it. On the final occurrence I spoke with the owner and he told me he would have it mailed to the businesss address to avoid any error with addresses ,typos ect. The title never came and if it did they have refused to respond and communicate this information. I have made the purchase well over a year now with this never ending cycle.Business response

We mail over 300 titles per year with the postal service.
We mailed a title to **************** in a timely manner in March of last year (2022).
Once in a while, a customer will either misplace the title, discard it as junk mail, or it gets lost in the mail.This happens 2-3 times a year. We don't know if **************** accidentally threw away the title or if he never received it from USPS.
Last Fall **************** reached out, and said that he did not have title. I advised him that I would get a replacement, but it would take considerable time because we had to actually track down (successfully) the prior owner and get them to sign for a duplicate, then get the corresponding auction in ******* to apply for a duplicate, then re-assign title to our dealership.
This process was expensive, and time consuming, but we did receive a proper duplicate and the customer can come in person and pick it up with a valid ID.
