I took my Saturn to Coleman Taylor and they agreed to rebuild my transmission for $2800 I agreed to let them fix it because they told me it had a 1 year warranty if anything went wrong with the transmission once they finished they called and told me that I had an ABS system issue and they didn't do that type of work and if I don't get it fixed the transmission would keep going into limp mode so I paid them until it was paid off once I pick my truck up it was doing the same thing it was doing before I dropped it off and they damaged my coolant jug to where it pours out like water i took the truck back to them and they agreed to take it to someone to fix it I waited 2 weeks didn't hear anything so I called them and a guy named **** got very rude with me and said everything was discussed before they fixed it which it wasn't they told me about the ABS after they were done with it but PLEASEEEE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALLBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/30) */ ****** **** brought her 2009 Saturn to our 3674 Mendenhall shop on 6/29/20 for diagnosis. At that time, we found the transmission had stored multiple pressure switch codes and was operating erratically. In addition to the transmission issue, we found numerous other codes and concerns with the vehicle that Coleman Taylor Transmissions does not specialize in or repair. Mrs. **** was made aware of all the issues we found and was told at that time we wouldn't be able to help her with all the car's issues, just the transmission, to which she declined at that time. Eight months later Ms. **** returned with her vehicle for the transmission repairs. The vehicle had all the same issues as before. After agreeing to a price for the transmission repairs, Ms. **** asked if we would accept payments, as a courtesy, and we agreed. After accepting payments for Five months, we completed the transmission repairs. Ms. **** picked up her vehicle and we once again explained that of the SEVENTEEN various codes and symptoms on the vehicle, we could only correct the transmission issues and codes (3of the 17 codes). Ms. **** brought her vehicle back with some of the same issues that the vehicle had one plus years before. Her vehicle was brought to another of our shops for further diagnosis on the 24th of August. If this shop finds in any way that our previous work is substandard or contributed to her present concerns, we will of course correct said issues. We appreciate Ms. ****'s business and patience as we work through this matter.
