I purchased a new ***************** from Solace in June 2022. There were problems with the installation, problems with cooling, and problems with heating. I was told I needed a new roof, which I had done, and I was told I needed attic insulation, which I also had done. The unit completely quit in July 2023. **** told me Solace would repair or replace the unit at no cost to me. It's been three weeks and no word from ****. He didn't return my phone calls. Solace did provide a portable air conditioner, but the hose that ***** out the hot air keeps falling off, filling the room with hot air. I had the pleasure of meeting **** and *****, who are hands down professional, personable, and do things the right way. ******* was my point of contact until the crew arrived and the level of engagement was extremely professional. Purchased a new HV** system, installed December 30, 2022. I purchased the exact system I wanted after doing research and not what other companies offered according to what they had in stock. Crew was professional and didn't seem to mind a hand full of questions during the install. Immediately used heating upon completion of install and it worked great, system is quiet and heats quickly. Highest gas bill was in January 2023, $62.95. Now it's late June 2023, temp in high 90's, we do not run the ** during the day because house is very well insulated. Usually turn the ** on around 6PM. Cools fast, within 20 minutes, system is very quiet and very cost affective, electric bill this month $49.31, energy efficient! Couldn't be happier!!! Thanks Solace.Review from Russell B

****, the sheet metal mechanic at Solace, does excellent sheet metal work. He's very conscientious about the pieces he makes and wants to make sure everything is correct.
