      We have been a customer for years. However, almost every time a technician calls US the day before to say they are coming.. so you wait the entire afternoon and they are a NO SHOW!! No call, and when you call the office they cant tell you where the technician is or if they are really coming to your house. My doorbell is broken, so I wait , watching, not to miss the promised service call. I have made calls stating that this happens and still NO CUSTOMER COURTESY!! Very disappointed in the communication between the office and their technicians. PLEASE TEACH COMMON COURTESY ! Customer SHOULD BE #1, Sadly we are not! We pay your bills!I will find a company that values their customers!

Regarding the issue at hand, Mr. ******** lawn technician, Camerin, scheduled a service to be performed on 1/29/2024 after 3:00 pm. ******* called ******************, notifying him that he was running behind in his day and wouldnt be able to make it before dark. ******* advised ****************** that he could perform the service the next day, on 1/30/2024. ***************** understood and thanked Camerin for notifying him and accepted services to be performed on 1/30/2024 instead of 1/29/2024. Thank you for being a valued client of *************.

      I had no problem with lawn servicing for the past two years until the last application, which was an insect control and weed/fertilizer. No issue with the technician, but with the office staff, who normally send an invoice after servicing and wait for payment. However (maybe because this was the last service of the year), they took in upon themselves to immediately take out the payment from a bank account not set up for auto pay and rarely used before and without notifying me. Not only is it illegal (I could have reported it as fraud), it is totally disrespectful. Unfortunately, they have lost a customer through this unethical practice, and it has nothing to do with the technician Blake.

      We received Mr. David L****** complaint on 10/7/21 at 2:46pm. Our sales manager immediately reached out to Mr. L***** at 2:50pm to obtain more information regarding his complaint. Over a 10 minute conversation, Mr. L***** was unaware that he registered for our online auto pay service through our customer automated website (CAW). It was explained to him that Herbi-Systems cannot set this up, as each account is unique, strictly based off of each customer's street address and customer number. Once a customer registers for our CAW, which they set up themselves, is asked to create a username and password which Herbi-Systems staff doesn't know for our customer's protection. Herbi-Systems cannot enter customer's credit card information without receiving it from the customer whether over a phone call or through our CAW. Mr. L***** was asked twice in the 10 minute phone conversation if it was possible that his significant other or someone else in his household might have set this up. Mr. L***** was positive that no one registered his account giving authorization to Herbi-Systems to run his credit card. Herbi-Systems offered to refund Mr. L****** money for his most recent service as he politely declined, just simply wanting us to cancel out his lawn account. His lawn account was cancelled out on 10/7/21 at 2:53pm per Mr. L****** request. Herbi-Systems would be glad to refund Mr. L****** money.

      They are always up to date when it's time for an application & very thorough!! We have used Herbi-Systems for years & have never had any problems!!!
