Their phone numbers, website, and even the account numbers are bogus. This has to be a sham business. I have spent two hours calling phone numbers associated with this place with no answer from most of them. Their website won't allow you to register so you can pay invoice. I received a $10.02 invoice and can't even pay it. There should be a way to give 0 star.Review from Valentina H

I never received a bill from this business and now I receive a notice from a collections agency. I called Midsouth ********************************** and they were no help. When you have an emergency and go to the hospital you are expecting bills for amounts that were not covered by your insurance, but they never sent anything. I always pay all my bills on time and now my credit will be ruined because of their lack of professionalism and good work ethics.Review from EM P

This business should be investigated. They created another LLC to send one bill and will then bill under this business months later for the same service. I have paid over $600 for a basic MRI, and this is WITH insurance. None of the costs were communicated up front. The staff were hardly professional. This is a scammer center under a healthcare cloak.Review from Matthew C

Totally unprofessional. Representatives are not well trained and dishonest. While trying to make a payment on my account i was told by the representative that my account was turned over to collections. I had just received my bill from them 3 days prior to contacting them initially. When i contacted the collection service i was told they hadnt received my account yet, so i made a second call to Midsouth. The 2nd rep. i spoke with informed me that my account was on a list to be turned over to collections on 7/16 which was over 2 weeks away. I went ahead and paid off my entire account BEFORE the due date. When you start these types of unethical practices with peoples names and credit you should be held a higher standard of accountabilitythis is EXACTLY why i have made this complainant with the Better Business Bureau!Review from Eric B

Billing department is outsourced from another country and refuses to correctly do their job. I had a bill for $152 that was COMPLETELY paid by my insurance and Midsouth Imaging continued to send me bills even when I provided them with an insurance claim number. The women was incredibly rude and refused to do anything. Had to have my insurance call to clear it up and turns out they billed a different department of my insurance ao they could get paid twice, which is literally fraud.
