What can I say, THIS WAS THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. ***** from Udeany was the smartest, nicest, steadfast person to work with. He gave me so much comfort when we were trying to buy our home. When we found out that I had been placed on a Caivrs report, our loan was placed on hold. As I was frantically finding someone to help, Udeany came to our rescue!! I was nervous to spend the money, but every step of the way I was reassured that everything was going to be fine. Thank you, ***** for giving my family the ability to move into our wonderful home. The review should have been placed back in 2021, but I am sure he is still doing good work.

***** was great. Helped me fill out loan rehab and Loan discharge application. Currently have my Caivirs cleared and am back on track and this happened relatively quickly!! Highly recommend. They are very helpful.

The U.S. department of education was giving me the run around. One moment I was able to consolidate, the next I didnt qualify. I found this company by happenstance and wasnt expecting to speak to the literal companies president. I was losing my mind, panicking because my closing was going to be at the end of the month. He talked me through it, comforted and assured me that he could get me through it after looking at my account. Now im about to be a first time home buyer after getting my loans consolidated and out of default.

I was about to close on a home when I found out I was on the CAIVRS list...like buying a home isn't stressful enough. The *** loan was my only option so I thought my dream to purchase a home had to come to an end. After some doing some research late one night, I came across UDEANY. I was very hesitant at first, not going to lie. But then I thought, if it still doesn't work I'm already not buying a home so just go for it. Y'all....I'm so glad I took that leap of faith. Alton guided me the whole way and I was able to clear CAIVRS sooner than expected. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and so friendly throughout the whole process. I really thought there was no other way to clear CAIVRS other than playing a loooooong waiting game. Now I'm sending his info to all my lender friends so he can assist others too because I've heard of so many people who put the home buying process on a long pause because of CAIVRS. CAIVRS is the most difficult entity to handle and get cleared!

I can not say THANK YOU enough to Garrett! We were 7 days from closing on a new house and the CAIVRS status was standing in the way. My husbands student loan had already been discharged and cleared, but of course the government doesn't have the same sense of URGENCY as we did to ensure all the databases were updated with his CLEAR status. I had called and called anyone and everyone I could think of AND ******! We were starting to prepare for closing to be delayed indefinitely!

I put in 1 email and Garret got back to me right away. Gave me exact directions of how to gather the information we needed and who to speak to to get this resolved! In 5 minutes CAIVRS was clear and the final approval for our home loan was complete! My heart was so full with excitement for my very FIRST home and I have Garrett to thank!

He had an abundance of knowledge and was very clear on the process. I have no doubt that if our situation warranted more extensive help that Udeany would have swiftly and efficiently.

Outstanding communication from Alton in every phase of the process.
