I have a package to be picked up FedEx Express...I have been told 2 times today that I will get a call from a Supervisor nothing.......On my third call I was told that there was nothing in the system for a pick up from me...The package that has to be sent back is Medical with a time limit on the contents. FedEx just lied to me about the phone calls and the pick up...Their excuse for not picking up is that the pick *** are a different truck from the deliveries.....I have had both deliveries and pick*** using the same truck... Would I recommend FedEx, never....... So now they want me to drive 100 miles round trip to drop of the package at one of their locations.....That's not going to happen, especially with snow in the forecast.Review from TAJA B

DELAYED MY PACKAGE OVER 10 TIMES KEEP UPDATING ME JUST FOR MY PACKAGE NOT TO COME ITS NOW THE 29TH AND I ORDER MY PACKAGE ON THE 16TH OF THIS MONTH.Review from Kimberly s

The Barrington and sweetsburg locations have ruined my deliveries of my perishable food. My meal deliveries that come from my insurance company they have Delivered after it was completely thawed out several times this took place. It would be barrington and or sweet spur locations that have done this numerous times during a Frozen food foods delivery. Today they said they would deliver between morning to afternoon and they're now saying they're not delivering too late in the afternoon the last few times I've. Gotten meals they've been the boxes have been broken into the meals were all thawed out to where they were warm even the meats. I have reported this several times. They are very rude and destructive and criminal. The health department should be called on those driversReview from Andrea F

They keep leaving 6 to 8 large boxes right in front of my sisters door so she cant open it to get her deliveries. She has called customer service to let them know they need to put her deliveries inside the screened shed but today is the second time in a week they have refused to follow the delivery instructions they said they were notating on the account. My sister is elderly and cant have doors blocked because theyre leaving her deliveries wherever they want. I even asked to speak with the route manager and they refused saying they would take care of it. Well they didnt.
