I'm Rodriquis ****** -AND THIS IS A FRAUD ALERT TOWARDS 901 SKUNDS AUTO ACCESSORIES & WINDOW TINT. My experience with 901 sounds is horrible. I give them one star because i haven't had to come out of money. Mid october of 2021, I came in with on and off sounds to my 2013 mercedes c-class audio. Danny the salesman said they will send it off and get it checked out and if they were problems they will call to give me an estimate. He said if I chose to go another route and not pay, it will be fine, I will just pay the company for taking out my system and for shipping cost. Well mid nov 2021, Danny called and told me my amplifier was bad and the fiber optic. He told me it would be $1300 and that if I couldn't pay, they have payment plans set up. I rejected both offers because it's too much to pay, and also wanted to fish for other offers. Danny said ok, I called back two weeks later ( me being patient) dec 6 to see when they were going to mail my amplifier, he said its on the way but the business end up fixing it, but he said he will handle it. I called back dec 29, another two weeks, he said there are boxes here but just havn't checked. Here it is jan 10 2022 and no regards for my service. Stay away from 901 sounds. All I wanted was my amplifier back and the things that came with it even if it was bad. Time wasted. To protect my valuables and equipment they took of mine,and future customers, if another month or two has passed, I will take this up a notch and file the necessary paperwork. This was just my complaint as a customer. Yall be safe out there in memphis and look out for fraudulent activities .

I wanted to first say that Mr. Rodriquis B***** is One Hundred Percent correct. Everything he claims is true. I deeply am apologetic for the communication he endured on our behalf and above all and the time wasted on our end.

I've spoken to Danny in regard to your factory amplifier, He has it in his position. Danny should make contact with you with in the next 10 business day in regard to reinstalling your factory amplifier.

I have spoken to the entire team; we feel that it is the only fair thing to do is to charge you Zero Dollars for everything. Your factory Amplifier and fiber optic network will should be repaired internally on the amp.

As of yet, our repair service dept show the amp will ship back to Memphis no later than January 24, 2022.
