Mr. ****** with 911 restoration submitted an invoice to myself and my insurance company ************ for payment on December 3, 2021 in the amount of $6,216.33 for water remediation service performed on 11/24/2021. The insurance company determined that some of the services Mr. ****** charges were not necessary due to the type of water remediation that was needed. Once the invoice was reviewed, a payment of $4384.50 was approved by************.************ determined that Mr. ****** was charging for services and products with what would have been required for a sewage water clean up, this was a fresh water clean incident, not a sewage incident. Additionally, he charged for services and products that he absolutely did not provide. By Mr. ******s on admission, he stated that some of those charges were in error and adjusted the invoice. Mr. ****** then demanded that I pay the remaining balance and attempted to direct me to file a complaint with the ******************************, stating that a complaint would get the insurance company to pay. He later submitted another invoice with a reduced amount to $735.85, but added different charges that were not listed on the original invoice. This was brought to the attention of Mr. ****** by my insurance adjuster and myself. Mr. ****** has charged $1776.79 in services that he absolutely did not provide. I have sent him a detailed list of these services and refuses to acknowledge this and still demands payment. The adjuster assigned to the claim spoke to Mr ****** in an attempt to review the charges to see if they missed something on their end that may need to be paid. Upon receiving the new invoice, the adjuster pointed out that new charges were added that were not on the original invoice. Mr. ****** / 911 Restoration has now sent me to collections and is now demanding a payment of $735.85.
