We've worked with Stratton on two projects now-- both were great experiences. Shane and his team work efficiently, are knowledgable, and for both projects (a kitchen and a screen room) produced a really high quality, beautiful result. They worked with us around a ton of customizations and adjustments, and were patient and attentive to detail throughout. The team was respectful of our space, mindful of our time, and each of their subcontractors just plain good at what they do. Building costs can be really high in Nashville, so we felt good about the quality and professionalism we were getting in return. I would definitely work with Stratton again.Review from John I

We had Stratton replace our windows and paint the exterior of our house. Both projects were done with very skilled resources and managed very well throughout the process. The teams were very detailed and kept the site clean. Overall we were very happy with both projects and the house turned out great. We would hire them again.Review from Erica A

We used Stratton Exteriors for a large renovation project (10 months) and can’t say enough good things. The staff and subcontractors were amazing to work with and the craftsmanship of the subcontractors is the best in Nashville! We were living in our space during the renovation and everyone who was in and out of our home was so respectful of our privacy. What really made the project great was our PM, Shannon. He fixed issues quickly, communicated along the way and never failed to exceed expectations. We have an old home and uncovered some “surprises” along the way. The team helped us navigate with very little impact to the original schedule. Because of their professionalism, they have trusted relations with other 3rd parties (e.g., inspectors). We highly recommend this team!

We chose Stratton Exteriors because out of all the highly reviewed companies we researched, they were locally owned, provided the quickest timeframe to build, and were at the lowest cost. During the 6 months it took to build our 2 story porch, Stratton Exteriors were extremely professional, communicative and responsive to our needs. Stratton Exteriors did an amazing job with my carport to garage conversion. Shane and his team were extremely responsive, professional, and performed excellent work, all within a very timely fashion. We had a very positive experience with Stratton Exteriors. When we called them, they very quickly came for the initial scope of the project, and proceeded to deliver the quote for the job in less than 1 week. Once we decided to move forward with the our new screened-in back deck build, it took 2 months to get the job kicked-off, and approximately 8 weeks to complete in full; just a couple more weeks than those indicated in the milestone project plan. They were very accommodating to our family needs, and I cannot say enough about the level of detail and quality of the work they provided. It sincerely superseded our expectations. If you're in the market for a new home, remodel, addition or exterior patio / yard construction look no further. Shane and his crew are highly skilled, super knowledgable and extremely responsive. We purchased a 1930 historic remodel in East Nashville from Stratton about a year ago. The entire process and experience was fantastic. Strattons Project Managers, Scott and Ken, are highly knowledgeable and extremely responsive to any questions and concerns that arise.
