      Starting see Dr. ********************* at Rivergate Village Dental on May 10, 2022. The purpose of seeing ************ was to have a new top denture made. One of the reasons I chose Rivergate Village Dental was they took my Insurance. When I called and made my appointment I informed them that I wanted to have a new top denture made. My first appointment was on May 10,2022 at 1:15 pm. On this day they made the wax mold of the top denture and on the bottom they made partials for each side for the back.Went back on May 19, 2022 at 1:30 to get my dentures. All she had was a wax fitting that she said was of my teeth. STILL NO TEETH ! But they didn't look anything like my teeth. They were buck teeth and way to big for my mouth.WAX TEETH ONLY! She said she would adjust them and send them back to ********** to be fixed. They would call be when they come back in. They called me for an appointment in June which I couldn't make because I had just lost my brother. I went back on July 14,2022 and it was the same thing a wax fitting no dentures. Buck teeth to big for my mouth. I told her these wax teeth weren't going to work for me. She said they would send them back to ********** for adjustment. In Late August they quit taking my calls. Since my ***************** paid them on May 16,2022 $4,239 at 9:31am and she has twice agreed over the phone three way to pay it back and release my insurance so I can get dentures else where. She has not done this as of today Tuesday October 18,2022.I feel like she is taking advantage of people and their Insurance especially people that *** have a learn or language disability. I would like for her to make this right with my ***************** like she said she would so I can get my new dentures. I have filed complaints with my insurance company about this matter. Need her to refund the insurance company. Hope she will not do this to anyone else!
