I have been receiving healthcare services from Pinnacle Dermatology since May 2023. I have made in office payments, was on a billing schedule until one day I called Cumberland's billing office to ask some questions. They claim my payment plan was not approved and they needed to submit a new one. I set up payment arrangements again with them. The payments have not been coming out of my account nor the payments I have paid been reflected on the billing statements they keep sending me asking for payment. You can never get any one on the phone. After holding for 10 minutes, they tell you to leave a message, and someone will call you back in two days. This is unacceptable and I as a patient am earnestly trying to pay this bill and prevent collections to a credit report it has taken me years to clean up. I have cancelled all future appointments with the provider as I cannot and will not deal with their billing partners. Because of their negligence a patient (me) is currently not receiving care.Business response

We disagree with the patients version of events. We have attempted to contact the patient more than once regarding a payment plan. The patient simply needs to contact us to approve it. We are happy to provide an itemized statement to the patient as well.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:This is not true. I have called numerous times and never receive a call back. They don't answer their phone and they don't return voice mails. I have tried calling the ******************* and they too will not answer the phone and always refer me to the call Cumberland.
All I need is a complete history of all my payments made and billing from the very beginning of service May 2023. Once I see that they applied my $400 in previous payments I will pay the balance in full.

I give up. This isn't worth this ruthless company ruining my credit. They should be ashamed of themselves for the poor quality of service they have given me as a skin cancer patient. I have cut ties with the physician that uses them, and I will not seek care from any physician that uses this company for their billing. They are lying. They never tried to call me, and they never answer the phone. What happened to the customer is always right? I know I am right, and they know it.
They have sense received payment in full and I want no further communication with this pathetic excuse of a company.

I was seen about 1 month ago to get refill on dupixent the nurse said I didnt Need one she thought my prescription Was for 1 year anyway Im out of the Dupexint The ***************** has e mailed Them twice to refill my prescription And they are not responding I have contacted them twice and they Havent contacted me either Im out of my medication and need Help getting them to respond Thank you *****************
