Highly recommend using Justin *********. Inherited a home that needed to be sold quickly. Was very knowledgeable and honest with everything discussed. Not only followed through with everything promised, but was also able to close in 3 weeks!!

My home needed a lot of upgrades and some repairs before it could be listed with a realtor and that was not a good option for me considering the amount of time and money required out of my pocket. Justin came and toured the property and then we agreed on a cash offer on the spot that met my expectations. We closed within a couple of weeks and then there was no rush on my subsequent move out. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend him before you decide to spend a lot of money on repairs just for a realtor to then sell your house.Reliant Home Buyers of TN Response

Justin has been great to work with. After a bad experience with another home buyer, Justin came in and made everything seem easy. Justin is an honest and straight forward gentleman. He offered me a fair market price for my house and we closed 3 weeks later. The whole experience could not have been easier. Having served in the US Army Special Forces, known as "The Quiet Professionals," I can wholeheartedly say that Justin is a real estate "Quiet Professional." Our number one priority was to sell our home stress free to an honest man. Justin purchased our home at a very fair price, especially given all the repairs that we needed. He says in his advertising flyer, that the process will be a win-win and stress free. We had absolutely zero stress! The closing on our house sale, as well as the delivery of the check, was all that we had hoped for. The house that I needed to sell was not in the best shape, but Justin came by to look at the house the very next available day and by that afternoon we agreed upon a reasonable price.
