The Plumbing Authority is now the source for all our plumbing repairs and projects for our family's home. They have accomplished many important projects for us in a neat, professional and high quality manner! I called this company with a wish list for a home we purchased. We wanted a tankless water heater, 2 handicapped toilets, water purification system, garbage disposal, handicapped grab bars in both bathrooms. To my surprise they scheduled us for a few days away. Next call was to see if we would mind them coming sooner! They arrived on time we walked the house and went to through the list. The lead plumber gave me a few suggestions for more efficient products I was given a price for the work, I agreed and they began to work! The toilets were completed that day! All of the plumbers are certified so we're able to do the work without having to ask what to do. Each day all work related areas were cleaned up! This is the way a business should treat all customers! They were professional and everything was completed in a good Workman like manner. This is the only company I will call for future work.
