We replaced our units and had additional duct work placed. Ducts started breaking away and just falling apart. Multiple calls/times guys were sent to fix problems. Each guy blamed previous guy. When I called for our basic maintenance appointment, I learned Deans was closed and they sold their customer list to the new company. Warranty for labor is now void. New guy said Deans closed because of poor work of subcontractors and having to fix all those problems. New guy came out, said he needed parts but never returned. Last call to them, I was told we were on the old system, they just updated system. No call back. So I called another company. Even with the fixes, my new system is a literal mess. I cannot express my disappointment in Deans. I'm embarrassed at the work they did in my home. The company that has bought their customer list proved to be unknowable and unreliable.Review from DH

Poor Install - restriction in interface burned out blower motor and induction motor. No honor of warranty because out of business - phone number and web site sold to a different company which will not honor limited warranty. Do not contact Dean because you will not get them - you get the buyer of ****.
