I place an order of a bike that i never received on: Feb 29, 2024 i paid with my affirm account, the amount of ********. the advertisement said We have a 90-day return policy, Try out your bike risk-free for a full 90 days. Only keep it if you’re 100% satisfied. It’s that simple. the company is saying that i live in a second floor and the delivery company couldn't go up the stairs, all of this is a lie, i do live on the second floor but there is an elevator that we use because i live in a building for disable people, i have try everything to speak to this people and i got no answer, i had send emails, phone calls, left voice messages and no answer, i am disable and also a senior citizen i really need help it is to much money for me to pay for a product that i never received.Initial Complaint

On November 09, 2023 I purchased an electric adult trike in the amount of ******* Moab Bikes stated that for any reason we could return the Trike within 90 days. Immediately on receiving the Trike I found it to be defective and not equipped as advertised. Also, there were other items that were never shipped. I had numerous phone and email communications with them about the problems until I told them that I wanted to return the Trike. After that, they stopped all contact with me. I would like a total refund of the purchase price. The people I had contact with are Denise, Patrick and Nate, I don't have their last names.
