Seiber Restoration was our initial choice compared to others due to the price quote for foundation repair and drainage system, however we can say now after work has been completed, price was just one good part of contracting with Seiber Restoration! The entire crew were timely, professional, kind and courteous. The work that was quoted was done well, some additional needs were addressed and completed. Mark was with the crew every day, each day he explained the teams progress and what was in store for the next day. Mark demonstrated expertise and professionalism throughout the project. At the final check Roger came back to do walk through, at which time he identified some additional needed drainage pipes to divert the downspout drainage away from the home, this work was completed and included in initial quote, I say this to show they take pride in the work done, and exhibit value in getting the job done right! To say this company went above and beyond with both communication and craftmanship would be an understatement! I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would use this company again.

I was satisfied with my experience! After my call to them, they gave me a timely appointment to come investigate my problem. At that visit, the investigator gave me an evaluation of the problem and the work to be completed. He also was able to give me an approximate time it would take him to complete the work. He was very communicative and thorough. Additionally, he gave me an estimate of the amount of down payment and total cost if the job, which was good to know. There cost was comparable to others, but also competitive. They were flexible in scheduling.    During the appointment, I’m pleased to say that this company took careful and considerate of my home and family.  The job was completed on time. They provided me complete explanation of their work and with photos. They were careful to report what had been done, and show their work. Overall, I am pleased. They were prompt, gave me a clear explanation of work and cost, careful with my home, timely, communicative, and professional. I would recommend them.

Seiber Restoration was recommended to us by a previous customer on a neighborhood social media platform request for recommendations. We have a 1940's home which was showing evidence of possible foundation issues interiorly. Seiber personnel were prompt, professional, attentive and skilled. Communication at the initial contact was excellent and maintained throughout the project. The diagnosis /recommendation was made to supplement the main load bearing beam. We are confident that our home is now stable and ready for us to move forward on our remodel.

I had a brick wall that collapsed on the back of my house, and I didn’t know the first thing about getting it fixed. I also had other places around my house that were about ready to do the same thing, so this was a major concern for me. One day I saw a Seiber Restoration commercial on TV and it was like a lightbulb came on in my head. I called them up, and set up an appointment for an estimate on how much this would cost me to get fixed. Their prices were very reasonable for the amount of work that I needed done. I still had concerns about letting people work on my house that I’ve never dealt with. So I did all my research on Seiber Restoration through the Better Business Bureau, where they have an A+ rating and have been in business for 24 years. Finally my mind was put at ease after checking several reviews from different websites. I felt 100% that Sieber Restoration was for me. They did not let me down. They went over and above to make sure my house was fixed perfectly. They were very professional workers and always came on time. They did everything they said they would do in the contract and more. They cleaned up all the mess and hauled it all away when they were done. I would definitely recommend Sieber Restoration to anyone that is needing foundation or brick work done on their house. After dealing with them one on one, they are the only company that I would allow to do this type of extensive work on my house again, because I am very satisfied with Sieber Restoration.

Over the years Seiber Restoration has done several projects for us. In 2010 they strengthened the sub-flooring and removed and replaced the tile on an upper, outside, covered patio deck and installed a ceiling on the underside of that patio to match the existing upper patio ceiling. Also in 2010 they installed a new French drain in a corner of the front of the house and down the entire side, to prevent water from topping the poured concrete foundation resulting in water damage to a walkout basement bathroom and bedroom. It was only logical when we developed another walkout basement foundation issue this year, on the opposite side of the front of the house to contact them - the experts. Once again their response was prompt and a plan was devised to address the issue with maximum success in mind, and without needing to tear up a major portion of the driveway to do it. Their years of experience has built their confidence in fixing problems the right way, the first time. Their "team" functions like a team should - decisive, on time, polite, considerate of your property and time, and reliable. Absolutely and without hesitation recommend them for any projects that fall into their wheelhouse.

I renovate houses for a living and as with older homes, I frequently run into foundation issues. Roger and his team from Seiber are always my first call. I highly recommend their work.
