    contracted siding for house. job never finished. additonal damage done while working. sloppy work inspected by factory for defedcts, they confimmned inproper install. siding parts skipped or left out. siding nailed directly to house causing buckling and boweing. shutters never hung back. they refuse to come back and look or return call. this company is a complete rip off. its been lie after lie. i have kept log of calls and conversations/ also have report from factory to verify

    We had all windows in our house replaced by Thermal Safe of Kingsport and are very satisfied with the appearance, quality, price, and expert installation. Dwayne and Michael did the install and did an excellent job. Dwayne checked each window to make sure they were not damaged, were adjusted correctly and locks worked easily. He also did the trim work around each window. I've had windows installed in other houses but have never had such precise work done. We were so impressed with the quality and workmanship we had them build us a sun room. It is beautiful. Three of the windows were scuffed in shipping but were promptly ordered and replaced with no hassle. We highly recommend their products and services.
