Yes Contracting Services provided a roof replacement on our house. An awning was damaged which was repaired to our satisfaction. However, the gutter guards we paid for and thought were installed, were never installed. A Yes employee came by and we asked him to check our gutters and the guards. He told us the guards were never installed. Upon inquiring about this issue office personnel told me over the phone we had requested to have the gutter guards removed. This is untrue. No phone call recorded by the company can verify it and neither my wife nor myself instructed such removal to any employee. I have place two phone calls to inquire and on both occasions I was assured Mr. ****** would get back with me. He has never returned my calls. We also had a problem with the gutters in front of our garage overflowing with water pouring into our garage. After quite a long time they placed an "edge piece" which helped minimally but not completely. This problem never existed until Yes installed these gutters. We had another gutter company evaluate our gutters and they noticed water pooling on the ends opposite the downspouts. They raised those ends and the problem has been solved. We have had numerous heavy rains since this adjustment with no water flowing in our garage. As my wife attempted to address this issue with Mr. ****** on the phone he accused her of raising her voice and being impossible to please. I was with her at the time of the conversation and her tone was polite, matter of fact, and with no raised voice whatsoever. I will allow one star because they repaired the awning they damaged. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to any consumer.

YES Contracting Services is THE company that you want to work with for home repairs or renovations. After 2 other companies, including Lowe's, failed to follow through on what they promised, YES got the job done, and did it extremely well. YES installed siding , trim and gutters and communicated with us all along the way. there were no surprise costs. Everything went as we had agreed upon. A couple of years ago, my wife and I had our entire home & barn metal roofs refurbished. I hired Yes Contracting for the job. Yes employee Tony *****, priced the job and supervised the work. Since then I have called Tony with questions and a couple of concerns. Tony answers all questions I asked and has come back to my home to personally check my concerns. In my dealings with Tony, I have found him to be completely honest and genuinely concerned for my property. Above all, Tony wants the customer to be happy and has gone out of his way to make sure I didn’t have any problems and was happy with Yes Contracting. Tony’s work ethics, honesty and a genuine concern for the customer is rare today, to say the least. I would recommend Yes Contracting to family and friends and a large part of that is because of my dealings with their employee, Tony *****!

I contacted YES and asked for a roof inspection. They took detailed request from me, very polite and courteous. Tony Brown showed up the very next morning. I am SO impressed. Mr Brown was so prompt and very nice to deal with. Lengthy inspection provided me with an answer to all my questions, and a detailed estimate. YES may not be the cheapest you can find, but they are certainly the best. I received a warranty that is exceptional. If you are considering a new or replacement roof, you need to call YES.

This is a terrible company! They send workers to the property unannounced and the worker's can't speak English or otherwise communicate with the homeowner. They promise to call to let you know when someone is on their way - they don't. The workers tore up my pasture because they went off my driveway and got stuck when all they had to do was wait for me to pull over to let them pass. The estimator gave our access code to the workers without permission. There is no communication between the estimator and the workers so the workers did not even do the job correctly. They sent guttering people here unannounced and gave them the code to get in. The guttering people left plastic wrap where my horses could get to it which is very dangerous, as well as a glue gun with caked glue on the end on their bumper - also in easy reach of my horses. This was the absolute worst roof contracting company I've ever dealt with. The job they did was wrong ; they didn't use the correct color or replace the correct area of repair as promised; they show up announced on private property and are completely a nightmare to work with. There is absolutely NO customer service and they expect you to drop everything and cater to their busy schedule instead of adapting to the homeowner's availability. Horrible experience! I'm only giving one star because I'm required to give at least one on this complaint; otherwise, there wouldn't even be that!

Since hiring this company to put a new roof on our home back in 2020, and do some vinyl work, it has been one headache after another. Each time a problem pops up, they send less than qualified individuals to do the work, and something else gets damaged in the process. We paid to have an entirely new roof on, and it looks so much worse than the old one, let alone, it has acquired many leaks which YES contracting are unwilling to address, let alone, properly, professionally, and with quality. At YES's request, we've supplied them with numerous videos of the leaks, which have gone unanswered, and in the interim, our home is being destroyed by infiltration of water. You may read more on my yelp review, as well as google, where I'm heading next to post whatever pictures of their exterior solutions they perform. I have no idea why this all started and we were subjected to such shotty work, but its been endless. A quote taken off of their FB page states "Caulking ain't roofing", yet they utilized caulking as their primary sealer vs. secondary, and actually utilized numerous types of caulk. Proper roofing should be the primary and minimum caulking as a secondary source. Our roofing, and vinyl is a disaster. We're up to three leaks now. An appointment requested by YES to yet again come out and view, went unanswered. Other areas of our homes damages are a direct cause form their lack of care and/or quality work. All were discussed with the rep, which all have gone unanswered even though he assured us, they would address each issue. None to date has been. We are requesting that BBB assist us in resolving this issue in its entirety so we no longer have to deal with such shady characters as YES hires, let alone the powers to be. I could go on an on with pictures and videos showing their lack of care and concern for close to a two year period thus far. It all began October of 2020. Should you have a way for me to deliver them to BBB, I will surely oblige. Thank you!!!!
