      I booked a skydiving event may 14 for may 16 and the company changed the time we can jump on may 15. I did not make the change and cannot make it to the time they want me to be there. I was not the one that cancelled. They do not want to give me my deposit back even though I was not the one to cancel and after speaking with a supervisor. They should have the obligation to meet their part of the contract or refund the money. By not doing so it gives them the right to change any term and keep the money. I do not wish to jump in the next two years and they should not benefit from not rendering services and changing their agreement to jump. It was not due to weather it was due to the plane not being full yet they are the ones that provided that slot.

The customer Agreed to the terms of service: #1 NO REFUNDS ALL SALES FINAL #2 RESCHEDULE FOR WEATHER ( We cant jump during unsafe conditions) #3 RESCHEDULE DUE TO LOW TURNOUT (We have a large airplane that takes 16 passengers, we adjust the schedule to keep the plane full) #4 UNRULY CUSTOMERS WILL BE EJECTED WITHOUT REFUNDS: We must strap ourselves to other people, If they are subject to uncontrolled emotional outbursts this could endanger us! The customer stated he read and agreed to the terms about rescheduling, our 2 year rescheduling availability, and our policy about unruly and abusive customer policy and our no refunds policy. All this info is in our FAQ POLICIES ON OUR PAGE.They must agree to these policies before checkout. My staff member called and informed the participant, I believe is the complainants son, (he was very nice)and informed him , in line with our published policies about rescheduling we needed to push them up in the schedule a couple of hours for 2 reasons. The weather forecast called for low clouds They were the only bookings at that hour. The complatant called us back after the initial conversation with the participant, and we explained his options, and they became completely irate, cursing and screaming. We run a professional company here.This is not your average consumer situation. Weather and a participants mental state are great concerns for us. Our business practices are crafted so we can maintain our Company viability. We would generally allow the reservation our 2 year reschedule, but with the abuse my staff has already endured we will be enforcing our irate customer policy. Ejection without refund! For those reading this, Please review the FAQ on our website. If you want to jump from a lower altitude in an airplane that takes 1 person at a time, book with our competitors. Please remain calm at the airport, and during the reservation process.This is not a carnival ride, there are many factors that go into your skydive in order to make it safe for you and us.We fly the best aircraft in the industry,2010 PAC 750, where many of our competitors do not.Do your homework! This is the same response the owner posted on my review of their business on ** reviews. I have welcome them to provide a recording of the call as I was never irrate or cursed anyone. I was completely respectful and there are no basis to the claim.i did not cancel or change the booking and feel the business should not benefit in any way for services not rendered.
