Homestead Pest does not care about a citizens rights or health. The issues occurred 2010 I lived in Parkway East apartments. The team of pest control respondents exist of about 10.I asked questions from the second visit. There is a female respondent for the company. Not the *** gender important when their on site.******* were the only one that came to put pesticides in my kitchen. The only room that they spray treatment .I did not have any roaches until a year after.I put open mail in the kitchen cabinet drwer.Every time ******* came to my apartment he went in the drawer. It were about 4 drawers he only opened the same one.Same terms where I live now.Lived here for 6 years have not had roaches but ants.I had to purchase raid to resolve the ants myself.I also had to pay out my credit account **** pest Control $99.00. I have roaches but I don't see ***** different respondent worker comes to for homestead and constantly bothers me for my red peel potatoes and just opens the bag and takes it.I did not say for him to.******* stop arriving I heard him talking on his phone before entering. He said I needed to gave roaches my a certain season .He also said for he to have an extra $150.00.They have the keys to my apartment. They knock 2 or 3 times the door opening. The office managements say its mandatory for them to come in.When I'm not here the pest control respondent .Let's who ever wants to be in my apartment in his self.I have heard maybe all respondent staff to homestead.Have sexxual interest with customers.I do not want their service at all.I do not have a rodent problem. The company here every other week.I told 2 staff workers one were next door , the other asking me to cone in.They would do better with time.To get a list of the apartments that is need to treat for roaches, because they to me are the pest.I had regions bank statement in my cabinet drawer October 2018 .I closed the account but did not see there were already credit established at that bank .

First, this is a tenant of ******* ****************** We are required by the contract to go into every apartment and service. This tenant has continued to lock us out of her apartment so we are not able to check and bait for pest. We do not answer to the tenants. They are required to contact the main office of the ***************** to request service or complain. She has called us and left very hard to understand messages and has used profanity on our secretary. Second, we do not have an employee working here named *******. We do have a female who just started but as for what she has claimed to overheard, I can not comment.  This is a problem between the main office of the ***************** and the tenant. We have notified the main office about her calling us and we do have a copy of the voice mails. I will pass this complaint on to the main office since this is not a problem with us, this is a problem where she does not want us to do the service we are contracted to do.  As a tenant of the ***************** she has to follow their rules. Third, I have not heard any complaint from her in the past at the other complex. As we have not has an employee named ******* for a long over 6 years I assume she is mistaken.

We will be handling this with the main office of the ***************** as that is what the contract states. Please contact me if you have any further questions or need a copy of the contract.  We don't share contracts unless needed.  As for the voice mail, we are trying to figure out a way to send it to the main office of the ******************  My personal email, is ********************.

Thank you and let me know if you need any other information,

      ***********************
