Excellent product from an excellent company! We asked for a quote on 3 options for wheelchair access. Our appointment was met on time and with knowledge and professionalism. The quote for the stair lift was half the price of a competitor. We agreed to purchase and the product was installed within 10 days!! We would recommend All Star Medical to everyone and will use them again if needed. Great job! ????

I ordered a car lift for my husband. It had not been received. My husband past away. I called to cancel the shipment prior to delivery. This company charge me a restocking charge. I never received and cancelled. The restocking charge is more than $380.00 and they REFUSED to refund due to policy I was told. My husband past away on December 23, 2023 and I never received and canceled item before arrival. I do not recommend anyone to order from this company.All Star Medical, LLC - Hermitage Response

*******, as we have discussed with you on multiple occasions now, we were not responsible for your re-stock charge and we did not benefit from it in any way. When you notified us of the reason for your cancellation, the equipment had already shipped from the manufacturer. We tried to get the fees waived, unsuccessfully, while also issuing your refund immediately. You were aware of every step being taken and the fees along the way. No other company online could have offered you the amount we were able to refund, let alone fight on your behalf. We understand your situation was unique and we tried our best to serve you, as we do with every customer who shops with All Star Medical.Customer Response

The response from All Star Medical IS NOT entirely accurate. I called them to let them know I canceled. They did contact the manufacturer after. The equipment was not received by me. I was not aware of every step along the way per there response.Review from Jana M

I just purchased a new Pride Gigi endurance mobility scooter. The staff answered all my questions and explained how to break the scooter down and reassemble it. Never felt pushed to buy anything. have been shopping with All Star medical for several years and bought many different thing from them to help with my mom’s mobility . I’m always happy with my purchases. They are always eager to help us with any problem that comes up. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable about what they sell and stand behind them as well. I've used Kevin and the group from All Star Medical a couple of times now. I needed 10 scooters for a trade show at the Music City Center and they delivered and picked up. All Star Medical provided a medical bed for a relative. We received kind, considerate, and professional help and service from Kevin and the staff in Hermitage. Prices were explained and questions answered. Delivery and set up was fast and professional.
