Moved into home apx one year ago. After HEAVY WINDS IN KENTUCKY, a couple of shingles blew off OUR ROOF. I was not in an urgent rush to get it repaired since my insurance deductible is about half the estimated cost of replacing the roof, and I would be paying completely out of pocket. I had also had a home inspection before purchasing the house and additionally had a **** ********* inspector check out the roof after the hurricane-ish wind gusts happened. After ONE UNSOLICITED VISIT, Note: I have always had "NO SOLICITING" signage posted at the entrance. I was willing to eventually have them provide an estimate.....BUT WHEN "I" WAS READY. Then came a second, third, fourth and fifth visit. Once even using RYTHMIC DOOR KNOCKING FOR SEVERAL MINUTES. Guessing they thought we would think they were someone we know or were familiar with. After the third visit I CROSSED THEM OFF my potential vendors list. My decision was ultimately solidified after the FIFTH VISIT were they left some attempted SCARE TACTIC MESSAGING "URGENT - ROOF IS GETTING WORSE" crap on our door. I'll guess they didn't know I had top shelf underlayment under the shingles so there was no immediate/significant potential risk to our home that would be caused by a few missing shingles. Since or roof was pushing 20 years old, I did have it replaced but with a company that was awesome and not harassing us every couple of weeks. I post good reviews also as I did for the company I used to replace the roof. My key point of this review is: 1st UNSOLICITED VISIT= Let me know your services. 2nd UNSOLICITED VISIT=gentle reminder about services. IF YOU VISIT A THIRD, FOURTH, FIFTH OR MORE TIME, you are OFFICIALLY HARASSING A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER that will probably NOT BE A CUSTOMER. If BCR had STOPPED HARASSING US AFTER TWO UNSOLICITED VISITS, they would have at least got a potential bite of the apple. Hope this use case leads to a revised marketing and solicitation methodology.

Not Happy... I had my roof put on by the Salem office. My sales rep Ryan was on top of things ,but had issues with the roofers and production management Jeff. First the crew did not speak english ,tried to cut work that needed to be done, and did damage to my yard by driving through the grass.Even though I have a 25 ft wide driveway. I called the manager before and durning the job ,but yet all I got from him is Nothing.....At the end without doing the job proper he threatened to put leen on me and my property for a error the office made in the amount of 213 dollars. My yard still not fixed a month later and I paid the final price .I called main office ,but still why do I need to watch the crew,listen to management in salem, Va talk unprofessional.. They need to finish the total job. Still not happy . ***

I really want this ****** company to quit leaving their trash on my door!!! I do not understand what gives them the right to trash my door with their CRAP!!!! How can they fix things when THEY CANNOT EVEN READ?????? I have NO SOLICITATION sign right on my door, so I KNOW THEY CANNOT READ!!!!! They should actually be fined for leaving trash and harassment!!!! ***** * ********* NV

Great company to do business with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a roof. They work with the insurance company hand and hand to get the roof covered for little to no money out of pocket. Thank you Best Choice Roofing

Best Choice is an understatement! The initial interaction with the Damage Expert was very easy. He took pictures of all the damage to show me and to send to my insurance agent. We filed the claim on the spot and the adjuster was out the following Monday! The adjuster took the pictures of the damage that Harley took as good and approved it on the spot ! They were quick to get me on their schedule and I got to enjoy a new, non leaking roof for Christmas!

Rob came this morning and explained that he noticed damage on my roof. He performed an inspection and we set up a different day where he could explain everything to me due to me being under the weather. He was very professional and has such a sweet heart for understanding my sickness! I would recommend him to anyone!
