I paid *** to park in the parking lot behind the chair lifts then after driving around 30 minutes was ask to leave because they were full and no refunds were given. I had to go to another parking lot and pay another *** to park. The whole entire crew said it was not their fault they didn’t own the parking lot but…what does this charge on my credit card say? They tell me to contact the city. City said no contact them. Someone owes me money.Business response

Pre bought our tickets and was suppose to be in line 30 mins before 6:00. We showed up at 5:15 on time and had to wait. Noticed those that just purchased tickets were being serviced prior to us. Why would you have to wait longer for pre-brought tickets. The staff were frustrated and no leadership was present to answer questions. I have never received such poor service for a service. This is on top of having to by both a day pass and night pass. This is ridiculous. $116 for two people to receive such poor service, if it wasn’t this amount of money I would just leave.Business response

The website states “Buying your ticket online at least one day in advance of your visit saves you money. Purchasing ahead of time will also allow you to skip the ticket line and get unlimited, all day access to all of Anakeesta’s general admission activities. Your advance ticket is date specific and only available online.” However, I received a response from their employee that I will actually save the $3 convenience fee if I purchased my ticket a day in advance at the store. This is completely misleading. See attachments. Thank you!Business response

When purchasing your ticket online 24-hours or more in advance the prices are as followed Adult (Ages 12-59): $34.99 | Children (Ages 4-11): $22.99 | Seniors (Ages 60 +): $27.99 | 3 and under: FREE. When purchasing tickets at the gate the prices are Adult (Ages 12-59): $37.99 | Children (Ages 4-11): $25.99 | Seniors (Ages 60 +): $30.99 | 3 and under: FREE. The $3 convenience fee is associated per transaction and not per number of tickets. Guests still save $3 per ticket by buying online 24+ hours in advance online.Business response

Buying your ticket online 24-hours or more in advance does save you money. Attached is a screenshot from our webstore showing the price difference between day-of ticket prices and 24+ hour advanced ticket sales. Also attached is a screenshot of our Pricing page on the Anakeesta website stating that "Your advance ticket is date specific and only available online." If you purchase your ticket at the gate and not online in advance, the price will be $3 higher per ticket. The convenience fee is associated per transaction and not per ticket- you will only be charged one convenience fee. By purchasing your ticket online in advance, you will save $3 on every ticket you purchase.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The $3 fee was not disclosed with the pricing! Also, if I purchased 1 ticket then I will be charged $3. Therefore, I did not save by purchasing online. This fee should be disclosed along with the ticket prices.

Anakeesta offers ziplining tickets, advertised on their website for 59.99 and it states, every ziplining purchase INCLUDES general admission access, but when you go to purchase, it adds general admission fees on top of the 59.99. If it is included it should be 59.99. I haven't purchased anything yet, but this is very misleading. I have contacted them via email and their response was that it was an add on and I would have to pay the 92.98.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/06) */ The purchase page on the Anakeesta website does clearly show that general admission is required. It is not possible to purchase a zip line ticket w/o general admission. The pricing page shows the individual pricing for each activity that can be added on after entering the park. We have added further clarity to this page to avoid any possible confusion.
