I'm on my 6th door from CDF and I have been happy with all. You do need to make sure what you are ordering is the right setup for your application. Never had a problem. Will continue to purchase my doors here.

I ordered 3 hollow metal doors and frames with all associated hardware on 8-17-21 and paid the 50% deposit required. I received 2 doors and the final 3rd door on 10-21-21 and have not received any of the hardware. My project is in the final week and no hardware as of 12-6-21 I have repeatedly followed up with CDF on 12-3-21 I received this email I am sorry for the poor communication. I have been continuously reaching out to the hardware vendor, and as of yesterday, the best update they will offer is that it could ship by the end of next week. We are escalating this issue with the manufacturer because of their poor performance to make sure we can expedite this backorder. I have requested overnight shipping or temp hardware with no response or resolution VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICECustomer Response

So far, my experience with CDF distributors has been very positive. Especially Carson A******** has been very helpful with a difficult custom made door. He was always available to take the time to discuss the project and communication was fantastic! I'm excited to receive our new door for our new remodeled kitchen at out theater! CDF Distributors has been great to work with. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing has been great and their lead times are nice and short. CDF has done a great job with the packaging of their doors compared to other vendors and has kept us from having to deal with returns due to damage. Great company, always on time and will stay in constant contact with you. Returns can be better,(they have a third party that pickup's return) but CDF its self is a amazing pick for your needs!CDF Distributors Response
